    Fire Place Maintenance

    Harry the technician Is The Best , I mean , He is not only one of the best , but THE BEST ! It is not the first time Harry came to help me , but each and every time Harry was dispatched, either my own or my clients place , he always finished the job perfectly. He is very patient, detailed, highly professional, and , most importantly, Harry not only fulfil the work requirements, but also provide a lot advises and maintenance knowledge, such a valuable person .     Humidifier

    I am very satisfied with the instalation and the cost was competitive . I keep my room temperature high resulting very dry air . Since the humidifier was installed I feel a lot more comfortable and my breathing is greatly improved. Dry mouth and eyes eliminated. The installer arrived on time he was pleasant eficient and was very careful not to leave any mess. I am happy to recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating.

    Vitodens 100 Boiler maintenance

    Nice surprises. Prompt and accurate response to all communications. A discount for new customers made them the low price service. Scheduling within 3 days Technician arrived five minutes early and stayed a full 2 hours He explained two problems that had developed over several years the unit had gone without service and told me my options. Promised to send me estimated cost of parts and labour for two optional service options. Overall I was quite pleased and plan to use them again

    Great company

    We got our AC, furnace, and central humidifier from this company. The people here are very professional and know their products very well. They have completed a thorough assessment of what we needed for our home and we have been very happy with the professionalism and work they have done. When they schedule an appointment, they are on time (which is very important to us). I would totally recommend to my friends and family. Charton was amazing and he helped with everything that we needed. He goes above and beyond.

    Malfunctioning Air Cleaner

    Pirabaharan was very competent and knowledgeable. He asked about the problem, inspected the cleaner components and got inside to look at the chassis components and then fixed the problem. He also responded to my questions about the furnace and checked out my concerns. Very satisfied

    Hvac Diagnosis

    Duct work above furnace was hot to touch when furnace running. Once called in for service, Gilbert arranged the service within 1 day. Hvac specialist Henry Diagnosis the problem and made adjustments where needed. Henry explained clearly what the cause was and how to reduce the higher temperatures in the ductwork. Thank-you for the great service.

    Great Service Company

    Our 18 year old air conditioner broke down last summer. I read about this company on the Internet and called them up. Charton returned my call promptly and was very informative. He asked relevant questions about our home including size, year it was built, which direction our home faces, amongst others. He then listed several options and made recommendations including not selling me a more expensive unit that he thought was not going to fit in with my existing system, thereby saving me money. The installation was smooth and efficient. When our 19 year old heater broke down a half year later we immediately thought to call only him and his company and once again we got excellent service with a great model at a fair price. A couple of months later we noticed our venting was not equal throughout the house and he returned my message in less than a half hour. He volunteered to drive out that same evening and within 20 to 30 minutes he had fixed the problem. He did not ask for any fee for this extra service call . I was very impressed with his service and with the professionalism of his staff during the two jobs we had done with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and air-conditioning in the future.

    Furnace maintenance

    I called this company to fix the AC problem last December, and the technician clearly identified the problem and made the replacement of the necessary part only. This week I had furnace not blowing hot air. I called the company and the same technician came. Again, he went through the system and didn’t have to replace any parts, and the furnace returned to normal operation. I appreciated the knowledge and the honesty of the technician.
