    AC Installation

    AC unit stopped working in the middle of heat wave. Company responded within an hour. Provided expertise on the phone, sent a quote, and came to inspect on the same day. Installation went smoothly. Highly professional. Would use again. Definitely recommend Charton and his crew!

    Prepares A/C for the season

    Company rep called within 2 hours of posting an inquiry and was able to fit the visit into his next day schedule. Everything was done fast, efficient and as promised. No hidden fees, no extra cost, no extra time spent on work. I was very satisfied with the result.

    Air conditioning repair

    Our air conditioner stopped working on a hot day. The repair needed to be in our hot attic. Very few companies would even consider it. Jason came same day, and with no complaint got right to work. He had the issue fixed very quickly and took the time to explain the system and some maintenance tips. He was clean, polite and hard working. He’s an asset to the company and I’ll use him again for HVAC service.

    AirCondition Leak

    Technician comes in on-time which is a big plus for me as during these working from home days. Wonderful suggestion, and I will get refund when I purchase the new aircondition.

    Condo HVAC Service

    My condo HVAC was making strange noises and there was also a clog in the drain. Called High Efficiency in the afternoon and they came later that same day. Jason was very professional and diagnosed the problem. He helped to clean up drain and also checked other components. The system has been working well since. Good to have that piece of mind. Would definitely recommend the company.

    furnace & AC

    Furnace was getting old, but AC was not. Both were having troubles. Original installer did not inspire confidence, so we asked High Efficiency to take a look. Jason was awesome, Frank, and clear with his recommendations. So a year later, we asked Charton for a quote on replacing the whole system. The dollars, plus rebate, were Ok, so green light. Freddy took longer than expected to install, but that is because Freddy takes the time to make everything PERFECT. Happy, cool customer :)

    Perfect JOb

    Jason was very concerned with details and fixed my A/C explaining all the details and what to do to avoid unnecessary calls lately. Couldn't ask for a better job. For sure I use them again including for the furnaces winter maintenance

    AC repairs

    Jason came to my condo unit and replaced the blower motor on one of the A/C units. The unit is now pushing air 3x as well and at a lower temperature. Jason was friendly and thorough, working extra hard due to correct issues caused by previous maintenance from another provider. Very happy with the service we received.

    AC not working

    Jason arrived and assessed the issue. Withing the hour and a half he was here, he was able to determine the problem, and get our air conditioning working at least a little bit until the proper parts could be sourced and installed. He was kind and helpful. He was able to teach us a bit more about our thermostat as well. Thanks!

    Air Conditioner
