Carrier furnace and air conditioning units
Both my husband and I met with Charton Teng as we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. We found Charton to be extremely knowledgeable on all of the carrier products and provided detailed information on the units that would best suit for our home. Charton's sales knowledge, friendliness and just a down to earth person helped to make our decision to purchase and install both units from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. We were also happy with the competitiveness of the price. Charton was also instrumental for arranging to send a truly professional/experienced installer, Keith, which we found to be hard working, friendly and above all efficient. Our units were installed early March, 2016 and are happy with the performance of the furnace. We are sure that once the hot weather kicks in that the air conditioning unit will be just as efficient. We strongly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. to any homeowner. Thank you Charton and Keith

good job, almost 10 hours work, nice installations. The salesperson Tony is very honest, trustworthy.

Air conditioning
I chose this company because of the sales Rep, Tony, he is knowledgable, on time and professional. He answered all our questions and solve our concerns by doing extra work. Installation went smooth and the unit is working fine. I am happy with this company and would recommend to others.

New Furnace and Air-Conditioner installed
Our old furnace has finally retired. After comparing several companies, we settled on High Efficiency, simply because the sales representative, Charton Teng, is the most knowledagable and honest guy who sees every details in our home. After sitting with him for half an hour, we have already learnt a lot. And we have almost made our decision. Charton was not pushy, he left with his offer. Eventually, after visiting the other sales representatives, we have called him later that day. He promptly made some arrangements in order to get our furnace installed in the next day. Then the next morning, two very polite technicians came together with Charton as scheduled. They delivered fast, professional, neat and clean installation. Our home got warm up again after a few days of cold nights. To our surprise, Charton has visited our home again the day after the installation to make sure everything is good. We are totally satisfied and sure will recommend them to our friends and family.

Was Sceptical, but left very Impressed
Three years ago the old boiler in my parents house broke down during -40s C. Charton's quote for a high efficiency Viessmann boiler was very competitive vs 5-6 established competitors. Two of them knocked down HIgh Efficiency and Cooling with some not appreciated far fetched, but nevertheless left us with some concerns. Around 11pm the day of the installation the boiler stopped working. The heat was restored by 12:30 (-40C) after Rick (President) accompanied the head technician. The installation was later reviewed by a Viessmann field inspector confirming the installation met their professional standards. Three years later we have had ZERO issues. The reason for writing this review and for HIGHLY RECOMMENDING High Efficiency Cooling and Heating at this point is because a month ago a certified Viessmann Tech from our area who completed the first long overdue maintenance pointed out how impressed he was with the installation and the high end parts used. He pointed out pumps/valves and costs explaining they are the highest end choices most companies will not install these days. At this point the only thing left for me to do is to share this experience with all honesty so other homeowners may benefit, as we all know many reviews on this site are paid. This is not one of them. Thank you Rick and Charton.

Tankless Hot water heater install
Rick and his team at High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. connected a tankless water heater (not a rental) in my home, and the job was done perfectly. Highly recommended!

Furnace/ac
Very knowledgeable and informative sales rep.Installation was efficient and at scheduled time.What more could one ask for?Only the future will tell what service is like but I trust it will be as good as my experience so far.
