Excellent service from start to finish
My husband and I were very happy with The Granite Guys. We were new with the whole process of changing counter tops but the knowledgeable staff made us feel at ease. We were able to visit the showrooms where different types of stone were manufactured and choose our favorite slab. What we were most impressed about were the two installers. Andres and Jay were very courteous and professional. They made sure everything was clean from beginning to end. Also, the space behind the sink was very limited and they helped us with the faucet so we would be able to deal with the plumbing. Thanks so much Andres and Jay! You guys are awesome!!! Honestly, the only issue we had was with the way the slab was rounded at the corners (thus me giving a 4 star instead of 5). When the employee responsable for doing the templating came to do the measurements, I requested that the corners be rounded at 1/2 inch. He did make note of it but for whatever reason, when the slab was installed, the corners had been rounded at 1/4 inch which is standard. Other than that, the whole process went pretty smoothly.

From start to finish, their team exceeded my expectations.
I recently had the pleasure of working with The Granite Guys on my kitchen and bathroom countertop installation. Their team exceeded my expectations from start to finish. ---> Quality Craftsmanship: Their attention to detail is remarkable. My quartz countertops were flawlessly cut and installed, and the seams are practically invisible. ---> Fast Turnaround: Despite their busy schedule, they completed the job in just one week, from template to installation. Im impressed. ---> Excellent Customer Service: Tammy guided me through the selection process, ensuring I found the perfect quartz countertop for my renovation. She also suggested I cut down my raised bar area to make one large countertop/eating area it was an awesome recommendation, and now completed, it looks incredible! Tammy was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. I appreciated her looking after all my questions and concerns. ---> Clean and Professional Installation: The installation crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and left my kitchen and bathroom spotless. Mitchell, Darcy, David, and Sam were great guys they looked after everything. They are very experienced PROS, and I feel lucky to have had them in charge of my installation. The electrical and plumbing guys were equally impressive. They, too, were friendly, and they both did a fantastic job. They didnt rush, they wanted to ensure I was 100% happy. ---> Competitive Pricing: The Granite Guys prices were the best of the quotes I received, and considering the high level of materials and workmanship, I feel I got a heck of a deal. I highly recommend The Granite Guys. for anyone looking to upgrade their countertops.

Happy but definite communication issues
Poor communication with sales resulted in delays, issues, and even errors in slab delivery to their shop. Stay on top of things to prevent issues. However, measurements, shop communication, and install went smooth restoring faith in company. Overall I was happy with both finished product and pricing.

Counter and sink
Ordered our new quartz counter and ceramic double sink. Price was great compared to other quotes we got, so we went with The Granite Guys; good thing we did. From the subcontractor who came to do the template and the installers, service was top notch. Andres and Jay did the installation and the finished job is perfect. We have a hundred year plus year old home. As you can imaging nothing is perfectly level or straight. You'd ever know it looking at the finished product.

Replaced countertops and backsplash
Right from the start of the project, the experience was good. The plans quickly came together and we were able to make changes to the scope of the job without issue. They always made the changes quickly and gave us an updated cost immediately. The products they used were very good. The installers were on time, did excellent work and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. They were easy to work with and allowed us to continue with our day with minimal inconvenience. We would definitely call them again for another project.

Kitchen renovation

Purchasing a top for our wet bar.
The whole experience was excellent from entering the show room the entire staff were so helpful and professional. The first remnant we picked ended up being to small but they went out of their way to find one that was very similar, and had it cut and delivered on time. Mitchell and Carlos the installers were very friendly, polite, clean and helpful. When finished they instructed us on the care. When the job was finished my wife ended up liking the new top better than the first one we picked. We would recommend the Granite Guys to anyone anytime for any counter top needs.

Kitchen countertops
I absolutely love my new countertops. Thanks to everyone at granite guys, great people to deal with. Brandon and Andres the installers did an awesome job installing. Great company all around.

Kitchen counter renovation
Our kitchen cabinet company recommended The Granite Guys for the counter. From Mystaya the sales rep through Fernando who came to measure and check the site conditions to both Brandon and Andres who did the installation. They did a great job, professional, efficient, accommodating and left the whole area clean and tidy and looking just as we expected. There was a little mistake as they arrived without the piece for the window sill. An unfortunate mistake at the shop but it was handled professionally by all and they returned the following day to complete it. We have no hesitation in recommending The Granite Guys for counter installations.
