I first signed up with Worry Free for the 2005-2006 winter and have been with them since. I have never thought twice about changing contractors. My property is well taken care of. The snow removal takes place as per the terms of the contract and those terms are quite reasonable. Price increases have been minor (less than 10% more than it was 10 years ago). I know that their drivers work to the point of exhaustion during major snow events, which is beyond what should be expected by clients. I plan on signing up again next year!

During our 50 cm plus snowstorm on Tuesday Worry Free as usual went above and beyond for its customers. From the owner, office staff, plow operators and shovel teams they worked tirelessly to fulfill their contract with us. Most teams worked 18 or more hours in the most difficult conditions. Worry Free is what customer service is all about!

I've been using Worry-Free for snow removal services for a few years now and have always been very happy with their service. Their drivers are courteous, even honking their horn to see if I'm home so I can move my car so they don't just plow around it. I have not once left my house in the morning after a snowfall without my driveway being plowed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We had the largest snowfall in 100 years on Tuesday, and Worry Free did an amazing job clearing it up. A quick pass to ensure we could get out of the driveway, a comprehensive clear up a few hours later and a middle of the night run to clear what the street plow left at the bottom of the driveway. Amazing job on such a challenging day. Thanks to all the drivers who did such a great job over many hours!

I have used Worry Free Snowblowing for several years and they have been reliable and thorough. Our 50 cm snowfall yesterday left them with a huge job but they kept us in the loop through Facebook and basically worked through the night to clear as many clients as they could quickly. They returned on request to clear the end of the driveway after the city plows passed by. I am very happy to have them!

I have been a customer of Worry Free Snow Blowing for 2 seasons now. Recently Ottawa was hit with a massive 60 cm snow fall in one day. Their service was outstanding. The quick pass had my lane cleared after the initial heavy build up of snow, followed up by them returning after the grader left a 4' snow bank in front of the drive way. The morning after my lane was clear, I got into my car and drove to work. The way it should be. Worry Free. Thanks, keep up the great communications and hats off to the team.

This is my ninth year with Worry Free and year after year I am always happy with their service. I will admit that their first storm this year was a bit of a mess (i think it was 40cm or something) but since then they are back to their dependable service.

Once again, I am one of those customers who signed up in the fall for the service as my previous year's contractor decided to get out of the snow clearing business and sold their clients their customer list. And, once again, like many people I wait hours for any clearing to take place. House behind me was done at 8 am this morning and it is now 2:30 pm and still no sign of them. They took on way too many extra clients at the end of December and now cannot deliver the service expected. I am in the service industry and my company does about $20M in business. If I offered the service Worry Free offers I would not be in business very long. I have a data base of about 25,000, mostly in the east end of Ottawa, and feel very strongly about sending them a note about the service. I know at least two others on my street who are fed up with their service and, like me, will not be back next year. Perhaps the owners need to look up the word service in the dictionary and see that it is not the same as greed.
