We LOVE our new gutters! I obtained a number of quotes for the job and although North Shore Home Services wasn't the cheapest, they offered the best value and the most appealing look for our house. Installation was unobtrusive and completed within one week of our quote. If we need new gutters in a future home, I won't hesitate to call North Shore again.

This company cleaned our commercial-size skylights, which are so high up that other companies refused to do the job. We felt the service was pricy at $150 - it really shouldn't be worth more than $100 (it took them half an hour to do the job), but they did excellent work regardless. If it wasn't so pricy, we would have the skylights cleaned more often! Overall, I am satisfied with the company, but think they should lower their prices.

The installers were early and on time. They were communicative and quick. They removed the old gutters cleanly and disposed of the garbage. They clean up after the job and walked me through what was done. End of the project equals a "Job well done - I would recommend".

Troy sent the crew out last month to clean the windows, skylights, and canopy glass. I gotta say - the job was well done, but the crew cracked a skylight panel. I was pleased that they admited responsibility, and the company sent over a glass company to replace the skylight, and they paid for it. Trust like that is why I keep using North Shore Home Services! The cost was reasonable for washing the outside windows in a 4-bedroom home. The company did an excellent job and the staff was always professional and courteous. I was also impressed with the fact that they did not leave a mess anywhere and did not trample on any flowerbeds.

We hired N.S.H.S to clean our windows and pressure wash our deck and sidewalks. The crew was courteous and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Not a very common thing in today's world.
