Very professional and expert staff. Knowledgeable with what we required. Pricing was below what other quotes with high quality service and product. Doug our sales rep was great! Was efficient with quotes and scheduling the work. Cleanup and installation went great.

Ray from Sunrise windows patiently took his time with us and helped us plan out the change we needed. Nathan the installer was professional and quickly framed things up. We installed a window where a door used to be and put another new window as part of our kitchen Reno. We are looking at Sunrise for further window replacements/upgrades.

Contacted Doug last July to install new windows and some siding . what I didn't know was the the salesman and installer was the same person . 2 front bedroom windows were 2 inches smaller both ways ....... Installed them anyways . Trim around bathroom window was wood that turned black , should of used plastic or something else like I asked . Asked that no screen doors be put on ..... The back door is built for one . Didn't hook up the door bell . Asked that both doors be keyed the same . they were not so asked him to changed it . Entered the rental house when I told him to wait and then charged me 28.00 to key the lock . Put green wood screws to hold up my garage lights . Kinda wondering why their has been no company feed back after 3 weeks . As of August 7 ..... They always have something to say as to why it's not their fault . But they did try to have my posting deleted . update #2 blah blah blah . still no response from company , gave them my number 4 times and of course no call from them. as I live 3 hours away Doug took the measurements himself and installed the windows himself all the while being employed by Sunrise . I have had no personal problems with Sunrise but Doug did work for them . I gave him a 2 thousand dollar deposit which he said he would send a contract which never came and I never saw the contract until the job was done and he demanded money , which by the way was in his name, and the invoice is marked as paid in full .Sunrise can say all they want but they believe him over a customer and not once did they try to contact me . Doug did do some siding for me but again the invoice was marked paid in full and the work was sub par . as it turns out after some checking Doug was fired by numerous companies in the last few years . so for all you consumers out there , please be aware of this salesman/ installer and Sunrise.

Our story starts with wanting to replace a few windows within our home and finding someone to trust in the industry. We found Ray from Sunrise and connected immediately, as he came from a position of information on windows, not selling, but educating. This made a huge difference to us, as we needed to understand the whole concept about, manufacturing to install. We both agreed through the time he spent with us that night, we were able to understand the dynamics to replacing our windows when it was affordable and convenient to us. Ray understood our needs to be educated and throughout the process, he took good care of all the arrangements and followed up as well, even after the install. The installation was smooth, quick and I learned a lot from asking questions to the guys about the process. They were more than fair to me, answering all my questions. In and out in less the three hours, two major windows completed and polished too. Overall, Ray and Sunrise were exceptional to my wife and I throughout the whole process. We happy to stay that we would recommend both Ray and Sunrise to our family and friends.

These guys are great, I noticed a huge improvement in the overall temperature in my house after installing the new sliding patio door. The installation crew was super quick also! They were in and out in no time and the door looks great! I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for windows and doors!

I first met Ray Proskow from sales at Sunrise Windows and Door at the Home and Garden Show several years ago. Ray came out to our home and measured the window we needed replaced. We live in an older home and have Sunrise Windows and Doors come out to our home on several different years. Sunrise Windows and Doors is a bonded company. Each time the team arrived on site they left us with an exceptional product. They built our bay window on site. When we had our front door replaced Windows and Doors had a program that we could import a picture of our home and then choose the colour and style of door we wished to have replaced. To this day we still receive compliments on our choice. We had small jobs done each time and we feel we got good value for our money. Our last experience with Windows and Doors had us replacing two of our bedroom windows. We went with large windows completely finished inside and out. There is not much else I can say other than we are so pleased with the exceptional quality and service of this company.

I purchased windows in 2014 and was absolutely impressed by the service I received. Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best windows that suited my needs. The installation crew was also very kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to my friends/family and will be giving them a call back when I finish the windows in my house.

We love our new windows , who new there would be such a difference from the old ones to the new ones. Our house is warmer , brighter and cleaner. we started out at the home show then we visited a few show rooms . We picked Sunrise because of the staff. they listened and they never pushed . In fact after they showed us where the windows were made and we picked out our styles, Ray saved us more money by telling us that our kitchen choice might not suit our older home. The windows were installed well and promptly. the price was as promised. the service was great. Thank you Ray and your team.

We choose Sunrise Windows & Door Depot Ltd. because our neighbors had work done the previous year and they had been very impressed. Our salesman Ray Proskow had to drive from his location (south of Edmonton) to our acreage home (an hour north of Edmonton); and he made a trip out about 3 times throughout March & April 2015; on days and at a time convenient to us. Ray has a great personality and he meticulously and patiently went through all the possibilities available to us. In the end we were very confident that our order; that was signed on April 30, 2015 was just what we wanted. The installation Team of Nathan and Austin; despite being short one worker (due to illness) started on June 26 and finished up on the 27th. Both of them were friendly, courteous and very efficient in the tasks they took on. It was amazing how smooth everything went; and any minor problems that did come up (electrical work) was left to our Electrician; then they finished the task promptly. The costs for these renovations was certainly reasonable; and the updated loook on the inside an outside of our home are impressive indeed; and definately increase the value of our property. Also we can expect to have lower heating costs as a bonus. We highly reccommend this Company and their Employees to others.

From the salesperson to,the installers Sunrise delivered on what they promised. Good quality windows and professional service and installation. We are more than happy with the service and products. We advise all of our friends that if they need windows we highly recommend Sunrise. Our salesman Ray was helpful throughout the entire process. Follow up was excellent. Installers cleaned up Overall excellence.
