    Squeaky Dryer

    Asked Owen to a fix squeaky dryer of a stacked washer-dryer combination. He arrived with an assistant within the promised time frame and they fixed the problem (broken bearing) in less than an hour, working in tight space. Very reasonable price with a 60-day warranty. I'll be happy to recommend him for those looking for a reliable appliance technician.

    Washer Repair

    We called Owen to replace the door boot in our Whirlpool washing machine. He came on Sunday with his colleague and they got the part installed. While testing, they noticed that water was not completely draining. We had not had this issue before, so Owen said to test a load and let him know if there was still a problem. Sure enough, on our load of laundry that afternoon the tub would not drain. I called Owen and over the phone he gave me instructions on how to diagnose and fix the problem. To get that kind of service on a Sunday afternoon is tremendous, and I would recommend Owen to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

    Fridge Repair

    We woke up to warm milk on a Monday morning...Owen was at our home by 1 pm and had the fridge back running in less than an hour even though he still needed a part to finalize the fix. He was back by 9:30 the next morning with the part and the fix was completed. Owen and his team were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to call him again. Thank you Owen!

    Jenn-Air Oven Repair

    We held off fixing our oven for two years as another repairman said it would cost over $1,000. We finally made the decision that the oven must be fixed! Called Owen. He assessed the problem on the first day, fixed it on the second day after buying a part. Cost was 1/4 of what the other repairman quoted. Work is also guaranteed! Would highly recommend Owen.

    Dehumidifier Repair

    Our dehumidifier stopped working last month and we called Owen's. Because it was a small job I wasn't sure how easy it would be to have someone come out to fix it, but Glen came and solved our problem. It needed a new motor and within 3 days it was fixed. I would call this company again, Glen made two trips to our place, first to diagnose the problem and the second time to install the new motor, and on both occasions he showed up as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    I called owen beacuse i saw his reviews and he came in a very professional manner. checked my washig machine and told me my options wrote everything down on a paper and was not at all Pushy on anything. loves his work. will surely call him in the future.

    Gas stove repair

    I called Owen yesterday as my gas stove stopped working while I was baking! He called me back within about 15 minutes and was here within the hour and repaired it for me for a very reasonable fee. The first time I called Owen was about 23 years ago when my fridge broke and we had just bought this house, so couldn't replace the fridge. He said if he replaced a $75 part, it could give me another year of use, so that's what I did and the fridge lasted another 7 years! I also called him a couple of years ago to install my dad's gas dryer, and will be calling him next year to put in a gas line for a gas fireplace. Owen is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and a nice guy!

    Gas oven repair

    I called Owen to get an approximate estimate over the phone which he was able to provide. He came to the house within the provided time frame he gave and was able to complete the repair right away. I will definitely be calling him again for my appliance repairs.

    Electric Stove Repair

    I called Owen at the end of the day yesterday for a stove repair. He was able to come that evening to take a look. He quoted me an estimated rate over the phone, so I felt fine booking him. He arrived within a reasonable time of his quoted arrival estimate with his partner coming shortly after to help him. It took about 40 minutes for them to do the diagnostic (which seemed fairly systematic as they talked through checking each of the components one by one, not seeming to make an assumption and jump right to a quick fix) and fix the 2 broken pieces. They were both very friendly guys, and explained what went wrong when they were done. For one piece that was broken, instead of charging me for a whole new part, they gave the option of disabling that component (the auto clean) so I wouldn't have to pay extra for something I really didn't need. When presented with the bill it was a bit higher than was quoted on the phone, and I hadn't taken out more money. So they accepted what was quoted on the phone with no problem. I'd hire these guys again. Their rate seems fair, their workmanship good, and they are very friendly guys.

    Fixing Dryer

    I called Owen today at 9am, he came out to see me at noon, he was running a bit late so he gave me heads up. I appreciate that because time is all we have, and he was very respectful to not waste mine. Upon inspection he did not have the right tool to fix my equipment, he left and came back in the evening to complete the job. Very friendly, polite, courteous, great price. What else can you ask for? I will be looking forward to having him maintain my equipment next year after learning that unmaintained dryers are the most likely cause of house fires.
