    Washing machine repair

A few months back we had Owen come over to fix our dryer (previously reviewed) and after that experience did not hesitate to call him when our washing machine was leaking water. Once again, Owen was honest and diligent in rooting out the cause and fixed it promptly! Thanks again Owen!

    Repair a 25 year-old Jenn Air Stove

After being stung by the Appliance Repair Guys when their quote was the equivalent of asking me to write them a blank cheque I swallowed their $80 visit fee and called Owen. His cost to visit was $45. Over the phone he listened to the problem and gave me an estimate subject to him seeing the stove. He came quickly, assessed the problem, picked up the parts (the oven element and one of the stove top elements) and had the stove fixed in no time. $200 included all parts and labour. Excellent service from a relaxed, nice man.

    Repair of burnt oven

Called few companies early in the morning, Owen was the only to reply. After detailed explanation of the problem his estimate was $150. He came same noon, and failed to detect the exact problem. Needed to send the panel to a lab for 2 days. After the analysis and fix the price raised by $70. Later when installing he discovered another problem, which raised the price by another $30. Didn't admit his incompetence and refused to discount the extra service. Only now I realize he doesn't even claim to be a pro in electrical repairs, focuses on gas. My mistake. On the other hand - a nice and polite man. Completed the job successfully. Maybe just bad luck. Mine and his.

Washer Repair: Prompt, Professional and Kind.

After experiencing an issue with my washing machine – the washer would not drain – I looked up some of the top technicians in my area. Near the top of the list was Owen's Home Appliance Repair. I preceded to call the company. Qwen, responded and provided me a direct quote. Better yet, he was in my neighbourhood. He arrived within minutes and completed the job. His work was of high quality. I recommended his services to anyone that requires home appliance repair. Jason. Pickering, On.

    Dryer repair

I called Owen on a Sunday afternoon when our dryer died. Within a couple hours he was at the house to diagnose the problem. Within a short time he found that the heating element had burned out. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was back on Monday morning to replace the element. I am so happy to have found Owen and would recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repairs. He is a credit to his trade!!!

    Washing Machine Repair

I called Owen about 10:00 AM. He asked me the problem - the washer wouldn't spin or drain. Owen quoted me an approximate price over the phone and told me he would be here in about 1-1/2 hours. He was here and gone in about an hour. The machine need a new LED switch which Owen had with him. He replaced the switch and now everything runs fine. I just wanted to thank Owen for his prompt service and honesty. He didn't charge me any more than what he quoted. I would recommend this service to all of my friends.
