    Furnace wasn’t coming on when we turned up heat, kept trying to turn on but didn’t.

    I guess we got charged an extra amount because he came after hours.... we were not told about that when they called us, we had him do work on our furnace but we are still having issues. We also asked about our ventilation fan, but he didn’t really answer that problem.

    Furnace servicing and duct cleaning

    Arrived on time, polite and friendly. Were honest about the condition of my furnace in that it was old but still running well. I appreciated that they were not lieing to make a sale. Duct cleaning was well done, blew air through all the vents and sucked everything out of the furnace. Furnace is running much better now.

    Excellent service

    Action furnace called to schedule my yearly furnace and duct cleaning and we're able to come within 2 weeks of the call. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

    New gas furnace

    My experience with the staff of Action Furnace was exceptional from start to finish . Steve the salesman,Nick the supervising installer, Jay the totally professional hands on installer and Catherine the driller were all extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly professionals I would recommend this company to anyone Thanks Action Furnace for a job well done

    Service

    Furnace was installed in the spring. AC worked flawlessly, however the furnace itself has been problematic. Action Furnace’s responses have been excellent. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and have been very courteous and informative about the issues regarding the manufacturer’s problems with the model of furnace installed. Hopefully all the issues are resolved and the furnace will perform without any more issues for the rest of its expected life.

    Furnace Replacement with new a/c

    My old furnace failed. I was not able to find a “local” shop with availability for at least four or more days. I used Action Furnace in the past when living in Calgary. After checking their website I called to confirm they did service my area. From that call to completed new insrallation of the furnace and additionally a/c the entire process took 4 days. Everyone I interacted with were professional polite and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again. I was very pleased with interacting with my installers as well as the comfort advisor and service tech. The lady who took my call got things moving quickly and was always informed of when each person was on their way so I was not kept waiting.

    Furnance

    The first workperson left a gas leak. Even though I pointed out to him the strong odour of gas. He forgot to tighten the line. I was impressed that a second worker was sent out within hours to fix. But I shudder to think of what may have happened if I was not at home and the gas continued to leak. The conpany offered no discount due to the incompetence.

    Furnace Replacement & Installation

    FIVE STARTS all the way! Excellent from start to finish. We had arranged for a Tune-Up for Monday, October 16. Justin was the technician who came out for the call. Upon his inspection he found there to be a crack in the furnace which was leaking CO2. As this was an emergency, Justin arranged for furnace replacement & installation for the next day, Tuesday, October 17. This was absolutely awesome what Justin did to get us looked after immediately. Yesterday was installation day and I was told I would receive a call between 8 - 10 am to let me know the guys were on their way. Well I got the call at 7:53 am, very impressive, letting me know they would be arriving shortly. James and Adman?(sorry don't remember his name) came to the door and first off with a smile James introduced himself along with Adman. Talk about starting off with excellent customer service. Anyway, the guys kept me updated as to what was going on at all times. After all was complete James took me outside and to the furnace room to show exactly what had been done. After that James sat down with me and reviewed (probably 20 minutes) all the paperwork/checklists answered questions I had. This man James is incredible, very thorough, efficient & knowledgeable. You have one great team leader here, make sure you don't lose him to any other organization. You can tell James takes pride in his work everything was professionally finished/fixed. Complete cleanup after - absolutely spotless. We picked Action Furnace from hearing advertising on TV/Radio and see the trucks in our area. I work at a Real Estate office and one of the REALTORS® told me you are the best company in town with the best rates. Turns out my husband's co-worker indicated the same thing and also a great price. We are most grateful we selected Action Furnace. Great experience from start to finish. Hopefully Management will see my feedback and acknowledge James for his awesome outstanding work & customer service. Thanks again and we look forward to being able to tell others to select Action Furnace. Shelley & Bruce

    Won't honour warranty

    WellHaven't had heat all week. Called Action Furnace because the house's $8,500,00 system Action installed is supposed to be under warranty until 2021. They won't honour it, and I won't get a call from a supervisor or manager until Monday ! I'll wait to see what a manager says before I give a final verdict however, and I remain hopeful they do the right thing. Well, I got a call from a manager named Ryan an hour later. Didn't have to wait till Monday :) He sent a female technician named Brandy who was excellent! No parts needed so no warranty issue, and she spent the time showing me how to avoid the problem, and I got heat!
