This is our first time using Action Furnace. The Technician Austin is very informative and professional. He checked our furnace and relative connections very detailed. After the works, he explained very clearly regarding the conditions of our facilities. He answered all our questions and provided us with constructive suggestions. We are very satisfied with the furnace tune up service. We do happy to continue using Action Furnace service in the future and highly recommend to other people.

I received a complimentary furnace inspection and Austin did a good job and he was very pleasant.

Unfortunately I would not recommend action furnace. We ended up going with action furnace although they were more expensive than another competitor, simply because of the numerous benefits that were listed in their customer service. After a month of having our AC installed, it had frozen up and stopped working. According to their no frustration guarantee we would be eligible to receive a free hotel and $500. When I called about this I spoke to someone who tried to give every excuse of why this wouldnt apply, when there are no contingencies listed on this guarantee. It has been a month and a half and no one will return my call, and it is listed on my file that it doesnt apply because it was an issue with my thermostat, when the technician never once said that was the cause of the air conditioner freezing up. Beyond the worst customer service. They will try anything to get out of what they promise, and ignore you when you try to make it right. My assumption would be their reviews are based on people who have received basic services without issues, and when there are issues, this is where they are deceitful and try to blame the customer.

The technician who came yesterday, Swish, was a very helpful person. He was professional, courteous and was well versed in the job he was doing. He gave us information on the ongoing maintenance that we can watch for ourselves. He also suggested an air conditioning Maintenance which we felt was worthwhile. We highly recommend Action Furnace. Have used Action 20+ years for annual checkups. Pre-paid in monthly installments. Always capable & efficient. Preventative maintenance makes for better performance, longer life cycle and no winter time emergencies.

Service call was excellent Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had very good advice. All aspects of the furnace were checked and a report was emailed to me. I would highly recommend Action Furnace.

We had the fortune to work with Josh and his team, consisting of Jay and Chris, in the installation of a new AC unit. Service was professional and efficient. All done in 1 day. So far very pleased with the outcome.

Crew arrived on time and finished in one day . System functioning well. Left work site clean . Crew was polite and willing to answer questions. Overall, very satisfied.

From the first phone call setting up the home inspection and getting an estimate, to the installation crew setting everything up they even put carpets down on our hardwood floor so that we wouldnt have any mess to clean up. The service was impeccable. They were on time we got messages with photos of the people that would be installing and absolutely no surprises. A big thank you to Dan (Action service team) who handled a furnace issue i had a couple of weeks ago. Because of his thorough inspection he identified a major issue with the heat exchanger that was Missed by another highly regarded Calgary company who did a furnace tune up/inspection only 3 months earlier. The furnace is under warranty and Action quickly followed up handled this major issue. Thank you Abraham for your terrific job replacing the furnace and your clean up!
