Kevin and his team provided excellent service! From the time he got to our house (on time) they worked efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Verdun Windows. Excellent communication and great staff.

All 4 windows were removed and installed within a few hours! The installers were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up as they worked and the windows look great! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Although it was a long wait for the windows, we are extremely pleased with the results. Kevin and his partner were prompt, efficient and very professional. We are still waiting to have our front door and patio door installation, but we are so impressed with the quality of workmanship that I will request that Kevin and his partner do this pending install . I would recommend Verdun and their team to my neigbours.

The team consisted of two in our case; they did the job of three and the duo was done in one day, and to the highest standards (with a couple of details taken care of on the exact day/time the company pledged). Been meaning to post a good word about Verdun and more specifically the installers, Kevin and Joel which installed our windows a short while back. We had Verdun replace our bay window in the past and the quality of it brought us back for more. This time we have most of our windows replaced and the results are spectacular. The first thing we noticed was that the windows seemed bigger than before. It wasn't an illusion, the window coverings were no longer completely covering the glass. It made the rooms look so much brighter and really gave a 'Wow' factor. The next thing was that the installers took the extra time to make sure everything looked good with the install. Because the moldings were a little wider than the original, Kevin and Joel took the time to make everything fit with the same original look. Along with having installed everything so well, they took the time to explain things and answer any questions we had in a friendly, yet professional manner. We have some additional work that will need to be done next year and I will not hesitate to hire Verdun yet again. Thank you!

The installers Mario & Mike for my windows did a good job. However, the communication with the office was not up to par when it came to my patio door. I was told when I made the windows & door installation appointment that they could all be done on the same day. Install day arrives in mid September & is advised that the patio door didn’t come in. Was then rescheduled to November because priority was Greenon windows. I called office to confirm in advance, leaves message & no call back. Patio door install day arrives...no one shows up. I call the office & is then advised that door installs were pushed to December. I was never advised. Extremely poor communication. Apologies ensue & date shuffled to next available date. While I appreciate the apologies, it has been a hassle since I also had to reschedule with my alarm company & work. I really hope I don’t have anymore issues with the upcoming patio door install date. I’ve been pleased with the windows so far but the patio door issues have been very frustrating and disappointing.

We signed a contract with this company through Serge Hiladie. He was very professional and competent as were Jean-Marc and Evan our installers. We were completely satisfied with the work from start to finish. Note that the installers were very polite and that their work was exceptional.

Very satisfied with the service . Chris and Kyle were very friendly and also answered any of our questions . Service was done in a timely manner . No problems at all . I would recommend them to anyone. No mess was left behind at all .

Been trying to get a door installed since September install date, gave deposit in May 2018. Pushed back twice, no show once, salesman won’t return calls, going to have to contact lawyer. 6 months to install a normal white door + sidelight is ridiculous. Be careful. Busy with “Green energy” program used as excuse for delay of 6 months, what a joke.
