Understanding the unfortunate circumstances with the glass shattering and the the basement windows we do appreciate your patience and understanding. Understanding the glass replacement was ready to be installed earlier then the windows we do understand you wanting us to come back only once! I was informed that May 1st installation was now rebooked by yourself to May 7th. Kindly note we can still offer an earlier date if required. Once again I do appreciate your time patience.
