Very satisfied with the entire process. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have a very unique back window that many other companies looked at and were stumped on how to replace but Verdun seemed to know exactly how to get it done. Jesse and Adrian came over to do the install and they were extremely friendly and did a great job !

We are very pleased with the service in replacing 2 windows that we had issues with. The windows were leaking. Andre and Gabriel were very courteous and very good in answering all our questions. We dealt with the salesperson, Michel Mallette and he was excellent in explaining everything. We never felt pressured in changing our windows. Knowing that our new windows have a 20 years warranty including parts and labour gives us a peace of mind. No middleman or service fees if we have problems.

Eric and Jason arrived at 7:30am and worked continuously until 3:45 pm to install 4 new doors. They obviously knew what they were doing and worked hand in glove to remove the old doors, install the new doors, new trim both inside and outside, new locks, caulking etc, etc, etc. Very professional job by two very professional tradesmen. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone looking to have quality doors installed by competent tradesmen.

Installers were very professional, polite, knowledgable, answered all my questions and even my neighbour's question. I liked that they were very friendly and funny and didn't go about their work and ignore me. I would definately request the same team for when I replace my windows. Very professional, efficient and courteous staff. André and Gabriel are excellent hard workers. They seem to really enjoy their profession and most importantly, make sure things are done right! It was a real pleasure having them onsite. Everything went smoothly and on time. The salesman Michel was also very pleasant to work with as he guided us throughout the whole procurement process and helped us choose the right products for our requirements. Jon and Eric from Verdun did a fantastic job replacing a living room picture window with large 12ft bow window, and a 5ft kitchen casement window. As well as being super friendly, the guys were complete pros. They went above and beyond to do the job properly, even though it took much longer than Verdun had anticipated due to the size of the installation. They worked from 8am - 7pm and returned to finish a second day. After removing the large existing casement window, they had to frame in a shelf and roof for the bow window, install the windows, insulation, flash a metal roof, and install cedar siding. Verdun were very reasonable with pricing and completed the installation on schedule, within a month of confirming the order. Overall, great job Jon, Eric and Verdun!
