Verdun worked with us to plan iur new door installation, including glass styles, door colours, sidelights and scheduling. When the crew arrived they were courteous, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a very straightforward and positive experience! Thank you Verdun!

All upstairs windows (seals) were defective from previous manufacture/installer (Bulat Homes) who gave us extreme hard times in honouring their warranties. Double front doors had up to .5 inch gap at the bottom during cold weather, each year getting worse. All 7 windows were replaced, courteous 2 man team arrived with excellent workmanship, then cleaned up inside and outside. Approx 6-7 hrs. Another crew did the front entrance 3 weeks later. Respectful younger 2 man team, again excellent workmanship, then cleaned up inside and outside. Approx 2.5 hrs.

The team who came to install the windows was composed of John and Eric. They were both highly professional, pleasant people. They answered all of our questions. They did a very good job, were very meticulous and cleaned everything after they were done. They were on time both days they came to install windows. They were top notch! We are happy with the quality of the product and we will recommend Verdun windows to our friends and acquaintances. Furthermore, Eric Trudel, who came to provide the initial quote was also very professional. It was a good and positive experience.
