All the windows and patio glass door were changed during a snow storm in 2010. But this did not bother the workmen. They did wha they had to do. Although there were adjustments made days after, these were all corrected. Mess were cleaned up the way we like it. Today they were back for a new front door, What an excellent choice we made. The full glass sandblasted finish was stunning! What a diffence. Again, Verdun men did a clean job. Both jobs were done perfectly! Thanks! As the saying goes...you get what you paid for.

Approximately 5 years ago, we used Verdun to replace half the windows in my home, including the patio door. Recently, our patio screen would not open due to damage from the snow. I requested Verdun's help and they promptly came to fix it the next day, and to my surprise for free! I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend them.

My wife and bought a house from the 40's and the basement windows were still the originals. The old windows had large wooden cases that blocked a large amount of light and were incredibly drafty. We knew we needed to get the basement windows replaced first as they were the oldest and most troublesome. We chose Verdun after seeing their work in the neighbourhood and weren't disappointed. The windows we chose let in a substantial amount of light and look great. Colin was great during the initial assessment and window selection process. The installers arrived right on time, were friendly, knowledgable and quick. They were able to finish all three windows in 90 minutes. The office staff responsible for their slSocial Media account is great and fast to respond to questions. We will definately be using Verdun when we replace the rest of the windows and doors. And will recommend to our friends as well!

Service was wonderful from start to finish. I worked with a sales rep to design and price our new door and window. I was a little disappointed that it took as long as it did to get the order completed, but the door had to be custom made and they are very busy. The installation was completed a little bit earlier than they had thought and the work was beautifully done. I don't even have to do any painting! I couldn't be happier.

My Wife and I just had our large Bow Window replaced. After due diligence on our part to obtain several quotes, Verdun had the most to offer at the best price. Our main decision was based on the fact that Verdun is an all inclusive company that manufactures and installs their own windows. Other companies may offer comparable warranties etc, but all would be dealing with a third party window manufacturer. We felt this gave Verdun the edge along with their “No Bull” warranty and competitive pricing and that decision would pay off for us sooner than we thought. My Wife and I ordered in October for a Feb install to gain advantage of a winter discount and were pleased when we were contacted two weeks ahead of the projected date we were provided. The crew showed up on time, on a balmy Feb day of 5 degrees and had the old window out and the new window back in that same morning. Unfortunately, as the crew was starting to put on the final touches, we noticed a mistake on the window configuration we had ordered and thus Verdun without hesitation ordered up the correct Casement windows we wanted and were back on site within two weeks to complete the job. I’m not sure that turn around would have happened with the other companies we obtained quotes from, but we were happy with the quick resolution. Mistakes happen and we were very pleased with the prompt and no hassle turnaround to satisfy our concerns. Colin, our sales rep was there for us at every step of the way. He answered my questions, came out to our home immediately to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. At the end of the day, my wife and I couldn’t be happier. The window looks fantastic; the neighbors are already sending compliments our way, and it is time for us to move onto finding blinds to compliment the look. Thanks again Verdun and especially Colin. My wife and I are very pleased with the quick responses and efforts made to ensure we are happy. I am very happy with the windows I purchased and the installation. The windows not only look great, I noticed right away that the house was more comfortable and quiet . The installers arrived on time, cleaned up after and were done an hour ahead of the estimated finish time. I will be calling them again when its time to replace my doors and windows on the main floor.

After having a few quotes from different companies we decided to go with Verdun Windows and Doors. We never regretted this decision! The sales representative was excellent, the installers did amazing work. We are extremely happy with the new windows and the door. Wouldn't hesitate to work with verdun again in the future.

We had our front door installed by Verdun Doors and Windows and not only was the service exceptional, the whole staff from sales to installation were amazing. Installers did an amazing job, extremely respectful of our property even if it was snowing outside and we were not at home. They were true professionals and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. We had a problem with the lock but Dominic came by the same day around 8 pm and fixed it. we found the level of service and attentiveness consistent across the company from the installers to the staff at the office. Verdun Doors and Windows is a very professional, customer service oriented company and I will highly recommend this company to any one looking for a five stars service and windows efficiency.

Had two basement windows replaced. They look great with no mess left after installation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Nothing bad to say, everything went well. Will use again if needed.

Great job, windows look fantastic and I no longer have a draft around my windows. Installers were very professional and respectful, they used drop clothes to walk in the house. The sales person was very knowledgeable, the prices very competitive and I felt no pressure while I was making my decision.
