Very happy with the service and windows that I recieved. My bedroom is at least 10 degrees warming now. They look great too. Was refered to them from both of my nieghboors that also had used them for window replacement.

We just replaced 6 windows in our 11 year-old home. We shopped around quite a bit, and Verdun's prices were very competitive. However, the sales rep helped make the decision to go with Verdun that much easier. Straightforward, professional and honest - that's the feeling we got from him. He respected our time and was very quick and efficient. As for the windows themselves, they look fantastic and we are no longer freezing in our own home!! We encountered a slight glitch during the installation (something that could not have been foreseen during the estimate process), but Steve and the installation crew solved it quickly and efficiently, with almost zero inconvenience to me. A very smooth process, I would not hesitate to buy more windows from Verdun.

We used the services of Verdun Windows to replace all the windows in our home and also replaced our front door with a beautiful double glass door. Verdun created a custom door for our patio which has enhanced the look of our home inside and out. The service we received was excellent and the follow up service, if any adjustments were required on the windows, is always prompt and courteous. We have referred Verdun to family and neighbours and recommend them highly.

Installers did an amazing job, extremely respectful of my property even if it was snowing outside. They were true professionals and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I recommend Verdun Windows & Doors to anyone who wants 5 Star service and high efficiency windows.

I had my patio door replaced several years ago at my house in Manotick. I was very happy with the service and quality of work. I bought a rental property in Kanata and decided to call Verdun again for a quote. I found the quote reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. The windows were custom, I was kept in the loop on when they would be ready and the team that came was professional and all of the work was completed in less than two days. The tenants and I could not be happier with the work done. I found the level of service and attentiveness consistent across the company from the installers to the staff at the office.

Verdun Doors and Windows is a very professional, customer service oriented company. The whole process went extremely smoothly. They were clear on what they would do and then they did it. No surprises, just great follow through. I really like that they have their own installers who really knew what they were doing. It was a cold, snowy November day, and the speed with which they worked was amazing. They were also extremely polite. The windows and patio door are good quality and reasonably priced.

We were very happy with the windows and the two fellows that installed them, they were very good at their job and the windows look absolutely great and I would certainly recommend Verdun Doors and Windows to my friends and neighbours.

Verdun was very kind, professional, and willing, from sales right through to installation. The windows look great, and the install of 9 windows only took the three man crew 5 hours. They were very efficient and worked well together. I have two VERY small gripes about the overall process. I had to call to get my appointment scheduled. I was told I would get a call by the end of October, so by mid-November I called to see what was going on, and got scheduled in for the next week. Also, when the inside window trim was being installed, I had to request a couple of pieces be adjusted because they were not meeting up well at the corners. Other than those two minute issues, everything was great. Would (and in fact did) recommend without hesitation, and will likely call Verdun again for future door/window replacements.

I was very happy to see 4 men come to my house, one worked on the patio door, one worked on the picture window and the other two worked on the 4 windows downstairs. It was done in no time at all. I mentioned one small problem with the screen door and the problem was taken care of right away. I was really impressed with the clean-up, there wasn't any sign that they were there, except for the new windows. I also liked that they took the stickers off of the windows. Much thanks.
