Amazing Crew and great customer support
Met with sales person who walked through the process and was very honest and upfront with every step. Next step was proper measurement also with Sales person. Received a call with actual booking time, unfortunately its usually the next day but can try to accommodate when possible. The crew came in the next day at 8am laid down mats across the house similar to when movers bring in furniture. All windows were removed then new windows were installed room by room. Trims were also installed room by room. Each room was cleaned to the best of their ability. The next day they came in and completed the sealing of the windows on the outside. The crew that came to my house were professional and knowledgeable. Well trained crew that I requested them to install my patio door and front door. The crew put us at ease and made this whole process look straightforward. Thank for everything. I highly recommend Verdun to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

replacement of my padio door
When I called to have an estimate for replacing my patio door, the receptionist demonstrated a lot of professionnalism. She scheduled an appointment for an estimator, then the installers came to install the door when it was ready. They did a clean job without leaving any waste behind. I am very satisfied.

Window and door replacement
Professional and courteous from office staff and installers. They answered all my questions kept me up to date informing me when order was ready. Installers stayed on task, completed job within the timeframe they indicated. I am very pleased with my experience and loving the new look!
