Needed new windows for the longest time. Had a number of quotes and chose Verdun and very happy I did. Recieved quality windows, quality installation and quality customer service resulting in a high quality result.

All my windows 6 (installed), needs a service call on all of them, one still have to be installed, i signed the contract at the end of june and it's november. I had to pay out of pocket to have the exterior trim change on patio door, it is a nightmare for me and the compagny doesn't want to give me any compensation for all the stress it's causing me. Today november 18, they came to install the last window but again wrong groove or someting, next week another service call. I called the goverment for my loan and the sales rep wrote 9 windows and i only have 8, problems problems problems, almost 6 months and no one is offering a discount for all the stress and so so many problems

Wasn't looking to replace this year but when the patio door got stuck had to move the project ahead. Kailen our sales rep was very engaging, helpful and thorough. We had a four man crew (from Ukraine) to install the window a week ahead of schedule and they were also pleasant to interact with and did a phenominal job making the new window look like it's always been there. The quality of the window is as advertized, pleasantly surprised since these days you rarely get a quality product no matter what you pay. Good sound attenuation, little temp transfer from outside to the inside and vice versa. Patio door should be coming in the next couple of weeks. I will definitely call Verdun when we're ready to replace the rest of our windows!

This is the second time I've had Verdun replace a past-its-prime, 30-year-old window. They are on time for appointments, they measure twice and a third time, just to be sure, BEFORE they rip out the old window and leave a hole in the wall. The windows themselves are great. With these properly made Energy Star windows, you can sit beside them even on cold days and never shiver (not even a little bit). The installers know what they are doing and did the work fast and tidied up after themselves properly. The price was as quoted... and, now it's not covid time, making the window was fast. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Verdun visited once and took the measurements. Doors were delivered and installed as promised. Quality workmanship, and expertly installed.

The Verdun installation crew arrived on time and did a great job. They explained everything to the customer and made sure they cleaned up afterwards. Crew was friendly and bilingual.
