    Great Experience

    I had heard horror stories from other friends who had their windows replaced by other companies, but Verdun was very different. I would say this was a pleasant experience which one can't usually say about any renovation. The installation crew where attentive, efficient and proficient, true craftsmen. The sales rep was also very good at ensuring I was completely satisfied, yet he didn't make promises that the installers couldn't complete. Great experience, highly recommend.

    Second set of Windows

    This was the second installation. Consistent great service. Knowledgeable sales staff, made me feel at ease, very helpful and willing without compromising. While extend time is needed for the manufacturing, customer services went out of their way to keep me updated without asking. Excellent customer service. Not surprising, the installation team was very friendly and enjoyed being with them on site. Friendly, professional, excellent installers along with being very clean. Having background and knowledge with with windows, (previous building official and architectural designer) They took the time and enjoyed explaining what they were doing in the in station. Thank you for the exceptional service. We will be back.

    Windows

    High quality product, very polite, efficient and professional installation. One of the 9 windows ordered didn't arrive in time, so that will be installed by the same installation team, since they now are familiar with the challenges in removing the old aluminum frame window!

    Perfect window installation

    Verdun Windows sent a team of hard working perfectionists to install our two bay windows yesterday. They were a pleasure to have in our home and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Our window openings were not square by any stretch of the imagination and yet they managed to set them perfectly square into the openings and the finishings were immaculate! This is the second time we've hired Verdun and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and recommend them.

    New windows

    Front door

    Great product, great service. Very happy with the result. The front door is beautiful. The sale person was very knowledgable.

    Replacement windows

    Verdun replaced all of our basement windows as well as : upstairs windows. They provided us with an estimated installation date and provided updates during the manufacturing process. Once complete an installation date was set. The installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were friendly and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning up. We are quite happy with the new windows and service and would recommend them for any of your window needs.

    3 pane bedroom window

    Installers were thorough, experienced, attention to details. Explained steps along the way. Provided info on warranty, maintenance upon completion. Most helpful and accomodating.
