    New Window and Doors

    Had new Patio Doors and a Bay Window installed. Had to have someone come back and fix a part that I was advised of that got cracked when installing the window. An employee by the name of Benji came to replace the part that was cracked. He was very polite and efficient. He had to cut the part and he made sure to cleaned up after himself. I also asked him to check my screens as I couldn't get then to fix tight. He fixed then and now I am able to open the windows without letting the bugs in. I also mentioned that I was advised from the first installer to once a year add WD-40 to the tracks to keep the windows sliding up and down more easier. He recommend that I use JIG-A-LOO instead and told me were I could buy it. The Verdun staff from the beginning to the end of my project have been a great group to work with. I will differently be calling Verdun again when I am ready to replace the rest of my windows.

    Great After-Sale Service

    My wife called a Verdun as she had discovered a crack in one of the panes of our Verdun windows one morning. She called Verdun and scheduled a service appointment. The technician, Dominic, arrived on-time, assessed the situation, quickly reassured me that the issue would be solved to our satisfaction and did this all in a really pleasant and patient way. I am confident that Verdun will follow through in th fox to our satisfaction, just as they did with our initial window installation.

    Window Replacement

    From beginning to end, Verdun made this a great experience. We changed all (15!) windows in our house - Sales visited us in February, and installation was on 21-22 June. Exemplary service! Communication was quick and easy. The excellent team did a wonderful job with installation, very professional, hard-working, quick. Floors were vacuumed afterwards, and the team provided a thorough review of the job, inspecting every window with us. Five stars, Verdun!!!

    Replace huge bay window

    Extremely organized from first call to final installation They responded to my email for quotation the next day, schedule for visit the next week, got a price on site with ATA, which was for 8 months later but at least were honest about delay. They respected that delay, scheduled a date of installation 1 month prior, which they respected. Workers were polite, did a great job, cleaned up everything before they left. Extremely satisfied and would recommend

    Window replacement

    We have just completed replacing our windows through Verduns services. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Kory and his installation team skillfully ensured the windows fit properly and look great! I highly recommend Verdun to anyone requiring window/door replacements.

    Installed patio door and living room window

    Changed all the windows in my house

    Great service from the sales person to the installation folks. You cant beat a 25 year warranty and they will stand by it.

    Window Replacement

    We had all our windows replaced this week by Verdun Windows and Doors and are extremely happy with the job! Ghislain and his team were here Monday morning at 7 ready to go. They were very professional, skillful and fully respected our home! Ghislain sure knows what he's doing and is a great mentor to his team! There cleanup was great both inside and out. We would not hesitate to recommend Verdun Windows to our family and friends and in fact we have already done so. Thanks so much for a job well done!

    Thermal replacement

    Warranty issue with window installed last year so no cost to us involved. Benj arrived early for the job, did window replacement in less than 20 minutes, no mess from install. He knows exactly what he is doing - would highly recommend him.
