    Replacing living room bay window

    The installers were friendly, courteous and professional and left the site clean after completion. The window looks great and is a very nice upgrade for our home.

    Absolutely awful experience - would recommend staying away from this company

    Whole experience was awful from beginning to end. We ordered a simple side door in early September 2021 and it took 9 months to get the door installed. The customer service rep was awful - he did not even come with a pamphlet and was not able to show us pictures of doors or any images of window options (how is it possible for a door company to not have a catalogue???). After we made our order, there were delays getting the actual door, which Verdun attributes to COVID. However, when the door arrived at the warehouse after 7 months, the parts to install it were missing, so we had to wait several more weeks. There was zero communication from Verdun - they would promise to call us back with updates and never did. We were constantly having to follow up and ask what was going on with the parts and the installation date. NINE MONTHS after we made the order, we finally had the installers come. THEY did a great job on the installation (note that the installers are not from Verdun directly but are contracted). That said, at the end of the install, they said they were not given the right parts for the LOCK we wanted. We PAID for a deadbolt and did not get one - we got a flimsy lock-in-handle option instead. The installer said he would "put in another work order" for us to get the deadbolt. Even though I had to pay in full after the installation, the work I paid for was NOT delivered. My husband and I are astounded at Verdun's lack of professionalism, courtesy, customer service, and accountability.

    Excellent installers fast and efficient would recommend them took old windows cleaned up after installing the windows

    Front Door

    We were hit by the big storm and had a lot of damage. We called Verdun to get a quote for the insurance for a new front door. Michel M came to our house twice and was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect door and side window. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was also very honest with us in saying that it will take a while to receive the door. At least we know up front to not expect our door in the next few weeks. We are pleased so far with the service that has been provided. Will be writing another review once we receive our new front door and it has been installed.

    Great customer service and staff

    Andrew the Salesperson was excellent. He is patient knowledgeable and always took his time to explain everything. Eric and his crew are amazing. They were prompt and made sure everything worked as it should. Thank you for everything guys.

    New windows & doors

    We recently purchased all new windows and doors for our house from Verdun Windows. From the get go, things went very smoothly. We were very impressed with communication with all of the staff involved as well as the work they did. The installers were punctual, polite and professional. We are very happy with the custom made windows. They look amazing and the triple glaze noticeably decreases noise pollution in the house. Looking forward to seeing how much it lowers our heating and cooling bills as well!

    Replace broken keypad on electronic lock

    Great service from Verdun, from the moment I called to the technician coming to my place to replace the lock. Super friendly and professional service.

    Window and door replacement

    There were a few adjustments that had to be made to our new sets of windows. Benji arrived and fixed the problem quickly and competently, and checked everything out whilst making adjustments. I was very pleased. Thank you.

    Window replacement

    We had two windows replaced. From the measurements to the installation everything was perfect! The team (Dan and Jeff) did an excellent job, both were perfectionists with attention to detail. Greatly appreciated. The front window was a bit more complicated as they had to enlarge the space but they did it with ease and no complications. Both windows look great and we are very happy. The frame around the windows were professionally done and we just have to add a coat of paint. They cleaned up before leaving as though nothing had been done. What a beautiful job. Could not have done as well ourselves. Thanks guys for being a great team, very professional, polite and friendly! Thanks Verdun!
