Patio Door Installation
Our Patio door was installed expertly. So was aluminium capping over window and door. Service was excellent and Covid protocols well followed. No touch up paint was required inside or outside. Very professional.

Window Replacement
I highly recommend Verdun Windows & Doors! I needed to replace 13 windows that were approximately 40 years old (double sliders) and the whole team from Sales to Installers were fantastic to deal with! Quality work at a competitive price! Our Installers were as meticulous as I am, so I was extremely happy with the attention to detail. Thanks Phil & partner (I didn't catch his name)!

New Front Door!!!
I needed a new front door and side light. The original door and side light were from the mid 1970's and the wood around the side light was rotting out. I called around looking for quotes and settled on Verdun. They were a pleasure to deal with. I have nothing but good to say about Verdun's team! Everyone! The sales rep(Ryan), the customer service rep (Marie), and install team(Jody). Everyone was friendly and efficient. The install team headed by Jody was efficient and tidy. I love my new door!!! Custom Front Door Installation
Initial quote was ok. Salesperson did not like questions or verification. Communication was poor regarding delay in delivery (late delivery was understandable because of the pandemic but emails implied we had been contacted when we hadnt). Installation was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, encouraged questions and clean. We love our new door! It completely changed the look of our house.

Replaced cladding on half moon window
We had an issue with the cladding on one of our half moons. It was warped. We contacted Verdun and they had a service technician come to check it. They had to come back with the parts to replace the cladding. We had Majed and Sylvain as service technicians. They were very professional. We are very happy with the results. The amount posted is what the whole window cost us approximately. There was no cost today.

Replaced old Windows with New Windows
Salesperson sold windows with pitch of greener homes grant. Poor service caused losing 2000.00 discount

We do not give discounts for products beyond what is agreed to at the time of the sale so we are surprised to hear you were expecting a further price reduction. The Greener Homes Grant is a government grant available to homeowners to apply to through the Nation Resources Canada website and is intended to incentivize the purchase of high efficiency home upgrades. Many of our products qualify for the grant including our double pane RevoCell windows which qualify for the maximum rebate amount with no add ons or upgrades to triple pane required.

Poor scheduling and finishing
1. poor scheduling, not professional - windows were received in November; because of poor scheduling it took just about five months (and four separate visits) to install. 2. poor quality - see photos of trim - the new windows / trim doesn't cover the opening left from the old windows. I sent these pictures to Verdun and over a month later (with many follow-up emails and calls) have not received any confirmation that it would be rectified. 3. the original price was much higher than competitors; however selected Verdun because of good reviews...

Great Product and Great Team
We are thrilled with our new front door and window shutters. Mike patiently helped us to make decisions on design and colour. The final product has changed the look of our home and added so much more character. Vlad and team were pleasant and respectful and did an amazing installation job. From start to finish, we are very pleased with our choice. Great job!
