    Windows / Patio Door

    We replaced all or our upstairs windows and a patio door and had a great experience with Verdun. Our sales rep Kailen was amazing. She was prompt polite, extremely knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the delivery.

    Expected Better from Verdun

    3 windows don't open, one casing broken, sliding door falls off of track, silicon and hand prints on the windows where we can't reach so we can't clean off, garbage left all over the yard, wall damage around the windows (expect some but not this much), small hole in screen, damaged coffee table and cat tree (I blame myself for not moving them myself but all they had to do is ask), silicon forgotten around kitchen window

    New Front Door

    Tim and Josh replaced a new front door under warranty. The original had paint peeling issues around the frame of the glass inserts. Both service technicians were polite and professional, and completed the installation in under an hour. Tim answered all our questions and ensured we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend their service.

    Sliding door

    Verdun provided a wide window of arrival time and arrived right at the end of window. The work was very professional and of good quality but they could not provide an accurate estimate of when the job would finish. That said, the work was excellent and they even went above and beyond to repair some water damage under the old door. I would highly recommend using Verdun for sliding doors.

    New front door

    I chose a new door last summer and despite a small delay due to COVID, Verdun delivered and installed this beauty in February - what a difference. So glad I made the investment, it has added instant value and enjoyment to my home. Office crew were patient with me and able to temper my excitement while waiting, and installation crew were prompt, friendly and efficient.

    replacement of 3 windows

    Verdun was very professional with every aspect of the process to replace our windows. Once the sales quote was accepted, Verdun kept in touch with us to keep us informed of the install date. The installers were prompt, worked very efficiently and ensured that we were satisfied with the final install.

    Install Screens, Adjusted Door

    Benj from Verdun came out today to install the screens for the windows and to adjust the door due to some air leakage. The screens were installed perfectly, and efficiently. The door only really required a new felt strip, and this was quickly replaced. Pleasant and professional throughout (and mindful of making sure that our cat didn't get out through the door or windows), we are very satisfied with Benj’s work and would recommend him for any service call in the future (and we will ask for him specifically).

    Windows and doors

    I got new windows and doors installed in Fall 2021. Good quality, excellent service but most importantly the after service is amazing. I had some issues with my doors (adjustments required), I called, had an appointment within 2 weeks and Jacques who came was nice, professional and went above and beyond to make sure to fix the problems but also to make sure it does not happen again.

    Window Installation

    Windows installed across back of home. Windows are great, the team was in and out in a few hours, despite heavy snowfall day before. Cleaned up inside and outside. Given the extreme weather during install, they are coming back to fine tune the caulking & flashing. Customer service when calling the office is excellent.

    Benjamin changed my faulty deadbolt. I give him a 10 rating. Very satisfied with his service.
