Kitchen window
Worse experience with any company I’ve ever used. 4 hours late first visit, 6 hours late for instal, no show to fix screw up, 6 month later….DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!

replacement windows
I needed two wndows in my home replaced and chose Verdun Windows and Doors based on recommendations from others and because they are a local company that manufacture and install thier own products. The salesman and the installers were courteous and professional. The installations were completed quickly and with minimum disruption. The windows looked great!

Window installation
Replacement of older windows. The work was excellently done. The installers were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They answered any questions we had. We appreciated their taking the time to explain things. They were very organized and careful in terms of cleanliness. Based on their performance, we would not hesitate to recommend Verdun to others. Master bedroom window and living room bay window.
We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation. Our installers, Kevin and Serge, were awesome. They are very professional and highly skilled in their trade. We will definitely request them again when we replace our basement windows.

Patio door installation
Service-oriented. No pressure sales approach. The salesperson worked to find the right product to suit the client. Great communication from sales, booking, and installers. Efficient and professional installation. No mess to clean up.

Patio Doors
Jody did an outstanding installation; correcting an existing condition with my siding to ensure a perfect fit. The high quality door looks amazing and is exactly what we ordered. We are very satisfied with Verdun.

11 new windows from Verdun
We had all 11 of our upstairs windows replaced with black/black Verdun windows. 2 were cut down and made bigger as well.. The team that did the installation were 10/10. Friendly, and respectful of moving around the house, protecting floors etc. Installation went very quick and the result was fantastic! Thank you Verdun!

Windows and doors
Installers are well manners but will not replace even small items let alone the heavy stuff. If they trim branches they leave them where they fall, it's for you to pick-up. We're happy with the windows, NOT THE INSTALATION!

Second time we've used this company
We made use of Verdun a few years ago to replace windows at the back of our home. When a worker on one of our other jobs broke one of the windows scheduled for replacement, Verdun managed to juggle some work to get the new windows in this section replaced asap. This year's project was much bigger - six sets of windows and the upgrading of our front door. These guys didn't stop - almost 10 hours here! They treated our home like it was their own. The work was top-notch, they cleaned up everything, even though it was a very long day for them. Cannot say enough about John - his work ethic is so impressive. Will definitely use Verdun for our next job - and continue to recommend them to friends and neighbours looking for a first-rate company.

Purchase of front door with side windows
Door delivered with significant water damage and edge broken off. Unable to get anyone at Verdun to correct the problem. Door remains where it was delivered getting more water damage daily.
