Verdun was very easy to work with. The sales people answered all of my questions and provided good advice. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job installing a new patio door.

Really poor customer service. Pre- sales: great Post-sales: everything is my fault. Really aggressive. Worst service I’ve received in years. Left me hanging for months without full installation. I am still waiting for some parts after 5 months of installation.

Very satisfied with the service and instalation. Had my windows changed two years ago also with Verdun and the quality and service was just as good this time round. Would recomend this company to anyone.

We had the opportunity to have Jonathan and his team install our new beautiful blue door. We are extremely pleased with the product and the quality of Verdun's metal door. Jonathan and his team were courteous, professional and very organized. I cannot believe how great of a job Jonathan did. The previous owners had not installed the door properly and it was difficult for Jonathan to remove it, but he did so amazingly well with no major damage. And his caulking skill around the door is incredible. It's nice to see that a contractor takes pride in the work he does for others, unfortunately we don't see that often enough these days. Kudos to you Jonathan and the boys. :-)

I have been in the trades for 30 years so this is my opinion. The Installers Rob and Jeff were on time, pleasant, straight forward, cleaned up as they moved from window to window to door. The door was a special 3 locking style and was completed so a "gust of wind could shut it"...respect! Rob kept me in the loop with progress and questions for minor adjustments, nice and appreciated. Well done, the windows crank and close with ease, caulking done cleanly especially the outside and the flashing adjustments ..perfect. So that is 90% of the experience, quality equipment is installed well.... I will say that I work in the field of high communication is essential, so I found the communication of planning and coordination up to the day the installers made the "home runs" could use some fine tuning. If I could suggest that they have "points covered follow up" after emails, calls and the day of install.... Perhaps its a different world now... I have a transferable warranty and good install, I am happy to sum up. ty

I chose Verdun to replace 2 of my windows and glad I didn't have them do more. Took 4 months to get 2 windows and when they arrived to I stall had prices missing that were not ordered. No rush on their side to finish, that took another month. Installers were great, but the service from the rest of the company once they have the money is awful. I finally got a receipt and paperwork after posting this review and they saw it and followed up, which is sad. SHOP AROUND, I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THESE GUYS AGAIN!

The window came in way before the expected date, the office crew were very courteous and accommodating, the salesman was very knowledgeable and honest, he gave me many advise and suggestions, that I took and no regrets, the installation was a breeze, they don't leave the site until you are fully satisfied, and their service is bar to none. I am very glad that I went with Verdun. I am planning of changing the rest of my windows very soon, if you are in doubt go with Verdun, you feel right away that you have made the right choice. Thanks Verdun for the change you did in our house.

We just had our patio door and master bedroom/bath windows installed by Verdun Windows and Doors. From our first contact to the installation, we were beyond pleased. Excellent service starting with Andrew on sales Excellent installers Martan and his group. Very professional and very meticulous. They only problem was the office forgot to order one of the windows so there was a slight delay. I would definitely recommend this company

I used Verdun when I needed two doors at my home. So when a friend needed a new door for his home, I recommended Verdun and they came through with a great price for a person on a limited budget with mobility concerns! Our salesperson, Patrice, was so accommodating! Great service AGAIN!
