Finished product exceptional! Overall satisfaction would be 5 had it not been for arriving later than the time interval indicated. Emphasis on communication between the office and the field would certainly solve this one criticism.

Johnston Glass replaced a window that had cracked in my condo. While they were there I asked if they could repair a screen and replace some of my missing screens. I was told no problem and they took the screen with them. I called a few times over the next few months and was told they would get me a quote. It was winter so I wasn't missing the screen. As time went by I started to get worried. Someone I talked to said they probably wouldn't be able to repair or replace my screens but the manager Raquel assured me she would make it happen. As spring approached I called more often still trying to get a quote and get this work done. Raquel told me that she had now lost the screen and would call when she found it. I called a few more times and was given the brush off. I finally found out that Raquel was sending the screen out to her friends business in Okotoks to make new screens. Months went by again as I waited for my screens and finally sick and tired of being given the run around I asked for my original, ripped screen back. Raquel told me it had never been returned. I figured out who she was dealing with in Okotoks and called and asked them for my screen back. I figured I would just drive out there and get it back. They said that Raquel had never given it to them. Sick of Raquel's giving me the runaround I phoned Johnston Glass and left messages for the owner or a different manager at the company. No one ever called me back. When I finally did get a hold of someone who said he was the owner I was told Raquel didn't work there anymore and I should come and get my screen. He said it wasn't his problem that they had it for over a year and had done nothing. He said that they didn't even make screens and that none of the screwups were his fault. I drove up to their location and picked up my screen. No one there even had the decency to apologize for screwing me around for OVER A YEAR!!!! I have never heard from anyone at Johnston Glass and would never deal with them. The irony is that I just inherited a farmhouse in the country and the first thing I am going to do is replace all of the windows. Guess who I will NOT be calling!

Johnston Glass replaced all the windows in my house (16) as well as an exterior door, in just a few days. They left no debris around and were efficient in their installation. They look fantastic and were a great addition to the house that is being renovated.

I had found Johnston Glass Ltd. on the website and the service they gave me was exceptional. We needed to have our windows replaced upstairs, Johnston Glass gave me a quick and fair quote and I hired them to install the windows. The staff was very friendly, efficient and knowlagable. They did such a wonderful job on the upstairs windows, that I hired them to cut 2 new basement windows and enlarge a third one. I am very impressed with all the windows and we now have better ventilation as we can open all the windows. Such a difference the basement windows make as we now have lots of natural light coming through. Thank you Johnston Glass for all your hard work and great service!
