I had a bow window replace in my kitchen. Lux Windows were very competitive with their cost estimates. They did an excellent job in replacing the window. They cleanedup all the mess and took left-over materials with them. I was more than satisfied with the service

We have used the company ove the years to replace glass and full windows. they know how to measure. Their service is fast and their prices are comparable. I would recommend to anyone.

Wow! What an amazing company from start to finish!! We had several quotes done for replacement of all our windows & doors in our 30 year old house and we were by far the most impressed with Lux. Our salesperson, Suzanne was fantastic. A true professional who took the time to explain every detail and really gave us a thorough education on windows & doors! It's so refreshing to deal with a salesperson who is not only highly knowledgeable & experienced but isn't pushy & overbearing whatsoever. We felt 100% comfortable in choosing Lux based on our experience with Suzanne & the estimate was more than fair. Our install crew was awesome!! Install was when promised and the guys were so friendly and cleaned up every little thing! They were so hardworking and took the time & care to pay attention to the details which I so appreciate. We had our entire house fitted with new windows from Lux 6 years ago. The service was amazing! The price was very reasonable and we have saved thousands on energy bills! The windows look great! We have not had any problems with the windows. A great product and an wonderful company!

The installers were very efficient and professional and the window looks beautiful but I am concerned because it seemed smaller than it should have been for the opening. I am hoping the filler foam will do the trick- I'll know when the cold weather hits.

We had all the windows in our 20 year old house replaced. Suzanne was amazing and getting us what we wanted. Delivery was as promised and the installers were the most polite, tidy, young men I have ever had in my house. I would invite them for Sunday dinner. lol Thanks Chad and little brother.

I had all my windows and the doors replaced. The first set of windows went in smoothly and the tradespeople were extremely professional and and did an excellent job. Although their were a few issues on the second set of windows installed the company was great in addressing all my issues and fixing my concerns.

From initial quote to installation, complete professionalism and attention to detail and customer service! Smallest details explained and addressed to make the overal experience as positive and open as possible. On a related but separate issue to the window replacement, went out of their way to accomodate and execute on a specific addtional request.
