Dr HVAC provides Superlative customer service from the initial service call that was placed on a Sunday during one of the worst ice storms ever to the service technician Mr. Sean Fagen that arrived on time & performed his work diligently & efficiently all the while explaining what the problem was, options for repair & associated costs. He answered all of my questions in a professional & intelligent manner that left me with a sense of comfort that I had the right service company. They now have a loyal customer for future service work & or replacement HVAC Equipment. Well Done!

Subscribed to the yearly service plan to help with the cost of servicing the furnace today. The plan is a great value and includes both furnace and a/c service for the year.

Dr. HVAC called to remind of us of our annual Furnace maintenance. I booked an appointment, but then had to call back and rebook. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. Night before appointment I received a reminder email and text. The following morning received another email and text that the technician Sean was on the way. Sean had actually installed and serviced the furnace and air conditioner the previous year. He arrived promptly and immediately put on work booties before entering the house. He was very courteous and professional, offering excellent advice and patiently answered questions. Sean made sure everything was tip top and safe before he left. My family and I are very happy with Dr. HVAC. Their service is very professional and efficient . Highly Recommended=:)

These guys are the best for furnace service, VERY professional but still very personal, when I buy a furnace I will call them. From the call for service to the actual service they handle it all seamlessly and have fair prices.

Called in Dr. HVAC for a problem with my furnace blower. Dispatch was very friendly and accommodating. Sean showed up and got my furnace working properly in no time. Not only that, but he answered my questions about my humidifier AND fixed a rattle so my system is even quieter. This is the second time I've used Dr. HVAC. I'll use them again without hesitation, and I recommend them to friends and neighbours.
