    Great service

    Dr. HVAC performed an amazing job in our furnace and air conditioning replacements. We had a 20 years old Trane Furnace and Air Conditioning and replaced by the newest Trane generation. Needless to say Rodney's Sales Support and Mike's installation work were outstanding. They were all very professional and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy to be included in Mr. HVAC Customer team. I already recommended them for more than 5 friends. Keep up with the good work!

    New AC, duct cleaning

    From start to finish, Dr. HVAC provided excellent and professional service. Erich was VERY patient with us, explaining our options when he first came out! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in their home.

    Great Furtnace and A/C Installation

    Our 25 year-old furnace and A/C units were replaced by new Trane units by Dr. HVAC last April. The technicians were very competent, polite and timely. The owner and the office staff do their best to please the customers. I highly recommend Dr. HVAC to anyone looking for a new furnace or an air conditioner at great price and excellent quality.

    Quick and Thorough

    We discovered that our AC wasn't working late one evening and we wanted someone to come out first thing in the morning. First of all, the on-call technician who called that evening was very pleasant and told me that he would have someone call us in the morning because we wanted someone to come out first thing. He also instructed me to call in the morning to follow up. There was no need for a follow-up, because they promptly called us in the morning at 7:30 am. They set us up for an appointment to arrive between 8-8:30 am which was exactly what we wanted. Although the technician was late getting there, the ladies who answered the phone were available to give us frequent updates on his ETA. We felt well taken care of and that they were very attentive. When Brendan arrived, he was very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment. He went above and beyond, and was quickly able to asses and repair. We were very grateful and would absolutely recommend this company to others.

    Instal Gas line for BBQ

    Very Friendly, Great work, Clean and polite. Great Job. I have used DR HVAC in the past for Furnace repair as well as Airconditioning. Would highly recommend this company in the Brampton / Mississauga Area. Very Professional

    Quick Efficient Service

    Mike from Dr. HVAC came over within a couple of hours and gave us a quick fix and a friendly smile. The problem could have cost much more, but Mike gave us great advice and let us know what to do if the problem persists.

    Reliable, Speedy & excellent service!!!

    I just want to say I am very happy with the service received today. My furnace decided to give trouble today for the 1st time ever, especially when it feels like - 40 degrees outside. Around 8 p.m. I called 905 # & someone answered immediately, the agent was very polite & took all the required details & advised that a technician Mike would contact me shortly. Within 30 mins Mike phoned & I explaines the situation. He was very upfront with me about the costing during late hours & i explained that we needed to get heat in the house as I had a full house with 2 little kids...he said he would be there within 45 mins to 1 hr. He was right in time..not a minute later!! Within 10 mins he was able to diagnose the problem...& he had the required part in his truck (thank god!!!). Mike was finished within 30 mins. I am very happy with the service received tonight. My house is warm again....yaye!!! I will definitely recommend these guys!!! Thanks again Mike!!!

    Humidifier installation

    My town house was super dry, so I called Dr. HVAC to have a humidifier installed. Mike showed up to install the unit and immediately recognized that the unit would not work for my furnace. He could install it, and it would add humidity, but wouldn't be effective throughout the house. Without hesitation he flat out said he wouldn't install it, and to hold on while he figured out if a unit designed specifically for my furnace could be found. The office sourced a unit, and another appointment was booked through Colleen who was always a treat to deal with on the phone. Steve and Eric came to my house with the new humidifier and started to work right away. The installation was clean and quick. Neither of them left after the work was completed until they felt I understood how the humidifier worked, was calibrated, and what I should expect from it. I was very happy with everything I got from Dr. HVAC, and would highly recommend them!

    Furnace

    Thursday night 5:00 p.m. Could smell gas in house, enbridge came out, determined we had a leaking gas valve, then turned of gas to furnace. It was starting to get cold and staff at the office help expedite work for us. Next afternoon Dr.HVAC came and replaced valve. Technician was courteous, professional and fixed the problem in no time!

    furnace breakdown just as it gets COLD

    Furnace decided to die just as cold January weather hits. Luckily we had a speedy assessment followed up by a speedy and affordable repair. No forcing to buy new although the option was given. Very thankful for honest speedy repair
