I recently had a new balcony door installed by Bayview Window and Door. This is the second time I have done business with them. Great product, built in blind in the glass is a nice feature! All staff members are committed to 100% customer satisfaction from sales to installation! My installer Jai and his helper did a great job, very detail oriented on every part of the install. Left the jobsite very clean and the door looks fantastic!! Thanks to your team for another job well done!! Highly recommended to everyone without a doubt!! Michael Hughes

A fairly good install. Left a scratch on my door. Refused to respond to my Emails about it. Will not use them again

The quality of our new Martin door and the installation exceeded our expections! We were very pleased with the excellent work that Jim did, along with Matt. When they took out our old door, they were faced with a few challenges, but they quickly resolved it thanks to Jim's many years of experience. We are very pleased with our new door and the detailed finishing work.

Jim and crew did an excellent job of installing our windows and door. This is the 3rd time we have had Bayview windows do work for us and I always ask for Jim because he is very knowledgeable of his work and does such an excellent job. They always arrive on schedule, cleanup is done and job is outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

I only wish that I had been given the name Bayview when I moved into Stittsville 6 years ago but unfortunately I wasn't and got most of my windowed replaced by a company close to home. After numerous calls and photos I decided they would not do my remaining two windows. Enter Bayview , with reviews from neighbours, and I could not be happier. Having good quality windows replaced by installers who took pride and ownership of their work was a very very welcome change. Bottom line, Wayne and Shawn took the time to ensure that they left my home clean and the install of the windows like it was their own. Kudos to them both and Rob for job well done

Third round of window replacements with Bayview (the one in Richmond ON, not the one in Toronto). Each time we have been impressed with the quality, consistency and professionalism of the installations. We chose Del windows, awning style, and are very pleased with them. Now the outside is part of our decor, instead of being blocked out by ugly windows.

I own a mid 1980s home where the only windows that had been replaced were a patio door 15 years ago; a bathroom window 15 years ago; and a Kitchen window last year. Our Sunroom has always been cold in the winter and warm in the summer. A contractor that I did work for recommended NorthStar Windows and Bayview Windows for the purchase and installation. The visit to measure up for quantity four windows was very professional. All my questions were answered, and we decided to replace the slider windows with crank-out style casement windows. One main reason for this was the slider style windows often leaked when heavy rains hit one side of the house. The installation team are Bayview Windows employees, not contractors. The installers were very professional, pleasant, and answered any questions I had. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they left a clean workspace ready for painting. While this has been a warmer than normal winter, I can still feel a large difference in the warmth of the room with these new Windows and a quality installation.

After research and talking to our neighbors, we decided to go with Bayview Windows and purchased the Northstar brand line to replace all our windows in our 28 year old house. We were very happy with the new windows and the patio door and were impressed to the quality workmanship and attention to detail by Jonathan and his crew. In addition, the crew continually cleaned up after each window install! Thank you Jonathan and Rob at Bayview Windows, we are glad that we chose your firm to do our windows.

Totally new to buying windows. Starting to replace 35 year old windows with failed seals. Ugly things. Reno person recommended Bayview and she was right! There is a long lead time but the result was beautiful. The final touch to a complete ensuite bathroom makeover. The installer was very professional, neat and tidy and took great care working around the new bathtub. We will continue with Bayview on a many year window replacement path. If you have not seen or considered awning type windows, we suggest you do.

Bayview replaced all windows and doors in my home 12 years ago. They even staggered installation which allowed me to coordinate payments. Absolute excellent service. Told all my neighbors. Bayview recently installed a custom patio door. Installation ran into a couple of surprise structural issues but installers persevered and completed job to my total satisfaction.
