Replaced 3 large windows on main floor and all three basement windows. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional. I had three windows replaced by another popular locally built windows/Ottawa company and these windows Bayview installed (North Star) were beautiful and outstanding quality and looked of far better quality. The install team is professional, friendly and excellent at their work too. Another plus for Bayview is they have their own installers and do not subcontract therefore you do not have to worry about the quality of the install as these guys knew their stuff. Highly recommend Bayview if you are looking to replace your windows!!!

Older home, changed 3 doors and 2 windows. One door in particular was known to be a challenging install. Quote/measurement process was a pleasure. Due to covid supply chain and workload issues, the install was delayed much longer than anticipated. The install team was very courteous and did a fantastic job. The jobsite was left immaculate. Over the years, we have dealt with several window companies and this was by far the best experience. It was well worth the wait.

I have used Bayview Windows in my own house so when my mother wanted to get new windows I knew who to contact. Shawn came out to my mother's house and showed her the options. When she decided Shawn explained that with the COVID situation that the supply chain was taking longer than normal. This was fine . We were contacted and told that the windows would be installed April 21st. My mom received a call 2 days saying that they could install on the 20th . The installers Justin and Mike arrived on time at 8. and they worked none stop installing the 4 windows. Justin installed the window casings and they look amazing. The installers cleaned up and there was no trace that they had been there . Justin showed my mother how the windows operated and explained to her the advantages of her new windows. The old windows were 50 years old. Mom was so impressed that she is now thinking of replacing other windows. When she is ready she wants Bayview to do the next batch.

Our satisfaction started with visit by sales rep Shawn, personable and thorough. Did not know the quality of Northstar windows until install. Excellent. Tom and Wayne did an outstanding installation. They were courteous, clean and careful. We have a brick home and the custom flashing and the caulking was flawless- thank you! Inside casings perfect. Fifty year old home never looked so good. In advance of new siding work we had Bayview windows install two new windows at the front of our house on May 31/21; a large picture window and a smaller picture window. After 20 years, my windows needed replacing. I did my research and decided upon Bayview Windows of Richmond, Ontario. The price was right and others had been very happy with their service. The Better Business Bureau had never received a complaint against them. The Sales Representative was very helpful and informative. The team installing the windows were very professional, helpful and pleasant. Their workmanship was outstanding. The windows are made by a Canadian company called North Star. The quality is excellent and they offer a lifetime and transferable warranty. The whole experience has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Bayview for your window and door needs. I had 3 basement windows installed and I did not find anything wrong, and I'm fussy. I got NorthStar windows which are some of the more efficient and well built ones around.

Thank you to Bayview windows for the excellent service and fair price that I received from the quote right through to the installation. Bayview replaced 7 windows, a front entrance door, a side entrance door, and a patio door in my home. I am so please with the outcome. I also want to give a big shout out to Tom and Wayne and their crew. They were so professional and friendly. They really went over and above. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up really well after the installations. It was a pleasure doing business with Bayview and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
