Had three windows replaced in our home. Everyone at Bayview Windows was great to work with, in particular the guys installing the windows. They were so flexible with keeping certain areas of the house quiet for work calls/baby napping etc during certain times. Basically we were very high maintenance and the guys were amazing! Left no mess, windows look incredible.

Tom and Wayne installed 14 new Northstar Windows and a front door in our home recently. They did an excellent job. They were very professional in their work and completed the job on time and on budget. We also appreciated Shawn’s input in the selection process and helping us with some of the details. Overall we were very satisfied by the work by Bayview Windows. In particular we appreciated that they took all recommended precautions for COVID19 during the work, including wearing of masks in the house. We highly recommend this company.

Bayview Windows did an excellent job installing our new North Star vinyl windows. Justin and Mike and the rest of the crew took great care to ensure there was no damage when removing our old windows and did a wonderful job cleaning up during and at the finish of the install. When I needed two basement windows replace a friend of the family recommended Bayview Windows and I’m very happy they did. David came to the house to measure and I asked him to include replacing an additional living room window and master bedroom patio door. I mentioned that the traffic noise in the bedroom drove us nuts (we back onto a busy road) and David suggested we may want to consider a triple glazed door. Within a couple of days we had a very very reasonable quote for the windows and door (double and triple glazed options). We opted for triple glazed as the price wasn’t much more than the double. We can’t believe the improvement in noise reduction. Thank you David! The new windows and door were installed by Ben and Jody. Saying these two do great work is an understatement. Their attention and care taken from removal to installation, insulating, sealing, final trim work and clean up leaves you with the impression that they’d do no less if they were doing the work on their own homes. Owner’s (Rob’s) after installation follow up on a question was very much appreciated. Overall, I will use Bayview again for any future window and door needs and I’ll have no hesitation recommending Bayview to friends and acquaintances looking for new windows and doors. This is our second job with Bayview Windows and they were outstanding installing our windows and front door. The crews were professional, on time and made our house look beautiful. After they left, they cleaned everything up. They take the time to do the job right. I removed some trim before the job so they could match the rest of the house and it was perfect. Not many companies will take the extra time to make a customer happy like this. I did not even get more quotes for our second job since they are so good. Customer service and satisfaction are #1.
