    Carpet Replacement

    I have used Nu-Way Floors for a few different flooring projects and continue to be extremely pleased with the professional service at all levels. I dealt with Tracey this time and greatly appreciated her patience and assistance on this project. I would highly recommend Nu-Way Floors. Thanks again.

    Carpet Replacement

    We purchased an older home and had 1 week to get the carpet changed out before our furniture was being moved. Tracey at Nu-way helped us select a carpet that not only fit our needs but was in our budget and was beautiful! She did not try to upsell us or nickel and dime us. We had a very tight window to get the carpet installed and she was able to get is organized. Our installer was professional and worked all weekend to get the job done, and he did an amazing job; and he didn't beat up the walls during install! We are repeat customers to Nu-way, and we were not disappointed! Will use them every time for our flooring needs!

    Basement Carpet

    We developed the basement of our home last fall and of course, the last thing to go in was the carpet. Jenny, who really helped narrow down my choices, was great. She didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive carpet and really knew her stuff. She made the selection process relatively easy considering they must carry every carpet and colour known to mankind! Fred made an error in the measuring, but it was an honest mistake and they did everything they could to get it re-ordered and installed asap. They didn't try and charge me for their error and were honest and professional throughout the whole experience. The installers did a wonderful job and were polite and friendly, prompt, and careful. I would highly recommend Nu-Way and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys.

    Replacement flooring with carpet and fashion vinyl

    The entire experience with Nu Way Flooring was exceptional. From measurements at our home to installation. All the staff we dealt with at the showroom, including Lindsay's amazing design suggestions, to the professional installers of both our carpet and fashion vinyl.

    Rental unit re-do

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Sales people were extremely helpful, followed up as promised, installation was very professional. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks from the time I ordered product to completed installation. Would highly recommend this company .

    Upgrade selections

    We went to Nu-Way to do our selection upgrade appointment for our new home build. It was one of the selections I was most looking forward to. We chose a 7 1/2" wide plank flooring called Farmer's Tan which I am absolutely in love with! It is one of my favourite upgrades in my house. Our fireplace has a cement tile that has a pattern to it. The tile guy was amazing, he laid out the pattern for us so we could see how it would look before he installed it. In our Ensuite, we chose hexagon tiles on the floor with subway tiles on the walls. Once again, the tile installer was concerned about how it would look so he showed us that the grout we picked was going to be too dark & all we would see was grout. Thank goodness he enlighten us because we also have a light tile, dark grout combo in our kitchen. (Pearl grey grout is the way to go!). Very happy with all my selections from Nu-Way!

    Basement Carpet Replacement

    In October 2015 we visited Nu-Way Floor Fashions looking for the same product as installed upstairs in our home for our basement, we took samples but quickly decided that may not be the best product. After shopping around at several other places we found a Dreamweaver product we loved, however not being satisfied with the customer service, we took a sample back to Nu-Way. Unfortunately, it was a supplier they didn't carry. Our sales rep took the sample and called all their suppliers looking for the same colors, (no easy task). Surprisingly, she found out that a Dreamweaver Rep was coming into their office the following week, and that they would be carrying the product after all. Perfect! Unfortunately, the economy crashed and we couldn't afford to complete the project until early 2016, and we asked if there was any way they could still honor our quoted pricing. They quickly agreed. Well here we are in April ready to have our new carpet installed. I can't express the high level of professionalism and care from our Sales Rep to the installation crew. The installers work was amazing! They were clean, respectful, excellent communicators and the install was immaculate. I would never go anywhere else for flooring. Our basement looks fabulous, thank you.

    Basement Tile and flooring

    We just had our basement developed. Nu-Way provided a tile shower/ floor in our bathroom. They also installed carpet and leather flooring. They installed tile on our fireplace and bar. Scot and Jenni were wonderful to work with and provided us great selections and design ideas. They were always available and made several trips to our home to keep things on track. They definitely care about customer satisfaction. The trades were very professional and did an outstanding job of installation. We would strongly recommend Nu-Way to anyone contemplating new flooring or tile work. We love the heated floor by the shower!

    Hardwood flooring installed in dining room

    The flooring installer and his crew were quick and efficient. They did a very good job and the end result was excellent. I would definitely recommend Nu-Way flooring to friends and family.
