The fellow that came to my house was very friendly, went over and beyond what I called for, tried 1st to fix my broken thermostat and not sell me something I didn't need. Fixed my humidifier and my my furnace, happy with service

I had Mark in about 2 years ago to fix a furnace other technicians said needed to be replaced. It's still working well! Recently had him in to do some electrical jobs as well - very courteous, friendly and efficient service.

I made an appointment with Mark and he arrived on time and was the easy going, nice guy that I've read about on the reviews. I have two houses and he went to the first house (rental property), addressed the issue with the air conditioner and cleaned the furnace and came back to my home and fixed an issue with the furnace and I asked him to go into the attic and clean out my dryer vent and he did that too even though it clearly wasn't a furnace, a/c or electrical issue. I asked him because I saw he did it for someone else on here and I needed it done. The price for the work was fair so I asked him to put up a light fixture and change a couple of light switches from the regular ones to the Decora (square) switches. He even did more than I paid him to do at no extra charge because he didn't like the idea of leaving a job incomplete. He stayed long enough to make sure that the dryer was now drying the clothes before taking my money. Fantastic! Especially as I had already paid someone to fix it and it didn't work and I was left out of pocket with a dryer that wasn't working. He did the dryer last because he said he would not be able to do anything else after being exposed to the insulation. One note, I saw the other comments about him borrowing tools, I gave him a step ladder because it was handy. It wasn't long enough so he went to his truck and got his. I see no issue with lending him things that are close by. Mark is a nice guy, that is able to deliver what he promises. It's nice to work with a man of his word. I would absolutely have him back for anything else that I need and recommend him to others. He suggested a humidifier for my furnace and likely will go with him for that too.

Mark Nasri did a great job on installing our new high efficiency boiler, converting our system from electricity to natural gas. It is an extremely complicated radiator system which includes the on demand heating of our water. We are very happy with his work, and recommend him highly.

We called Mark from House Depot to diagnose, and eventually replace, a malfunctioning furnace blower fan. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and honesty (he is a straight-shooter, and a less scrupulous tradesman could have easily taken advantage of people in our situation) and the work was done efficiently. Mark was also easier to get a hold of than many other HVAC firms. Recommended.

I called Mark late on Friday afternoon because my boiler wouldn't turn on. Mark was at my house within a few hours and within 15 minutes was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. Mark left to get a part and returned in about 45 minutes to complete the repair. I have used Mark many times in the past and he has always taken the time to explain the issue and what he is going to do to fix it. He is very honest and makes me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend him.

He did a great job hassle free and everything on time and perfect installations, this was in June 2013. Then today i called the house depot to do my furnace repair, as i had called other company which could not figure out the problem. Mark came and in less than hour he fixed the furnace, which was due to loose ground wire. I highly recommend the house depot to do the home services for electrical, heating and cooling.

Mark of House Depot gave me the best deal on a furnace of all of the contractors I contacted. He has come back for service calls that were actually my mistake/oversight, and the 1st time charged me nothing at all, and the second time, he charged me for his gasoline. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Mark and his team was hired to move a radiator in my house and to replace an aging boiler. Mark was punctual, professional and neat. He took the time to come back to my house to patiently explain how the system worked and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use House Depot again and would highly recommend their work

We had our full electrical completed by Mark and his crew. We would recommend this company to anyone. The electricians were punctual, friendly and provided exceptional workmanship. Don't choose any other than HOUSE DEPOT!!!!!!! :)
