    Stove Delivery

    Very happy with the service provided. Delivery employees were punctual, knowledgeable and installed the appliance with care. Would highly recommend Canadian Appliance Store and purchase from them again. Delivery was on-time.

    GE unitized laundry centre

    Excellent service on phone due to covid. Transaction completed quickly and sales rep went out of her way to answer my questions. Item was in stock and arrangements made for prompt delivery. I was kept informed of delivery status and the truck arrived right on time. The two man crew had it off the truck and in the house so quickly and took correct covid precautions. Very friendly. I only wish the store had a floor model so I didn’t have to purchase from a picture.....

    Refrigerator

    Although the delivery was delayed because the product was in back order, Canadian Appliance kept me informed and updated. Delivery guys were super. They texted when they were 10 minutes out and were in and out in 10. Excellent service.

    Canadian appliances

    The sales man at the store was great! Then we bought everything with him and follow up he was terrible! We then contacted another contact at the company which redeemed it all for us. Gil was amazing, responsive, fast, and courteous!

    Samsung Stove

    Good product, good installation of my Samsung Electric Stove. Ontime delivery and installation. I got a great service when I first called. They helped me on priority by shipping the only piece in stock. The associate on the phone helped me find a proper model to ensure it had the right physical dimensions for my house.

    Washer dryer purchase install and removal

    Efficient service. Delivery was simple and on time. Driver kept me updated on eta and delivery tracking on the website was great. Overall good experience. I would recommend this company.

    Upright freezer

    As soon as my freezer was ready (backordered due to the pandemic) it was delivered within days. They called me that day to advise they were going to be an hour later than the promised time, which I appreciated knowing rather than just simply waiting and wondering.

    Samsung Washer Dryer

    CAS was amazing to deal with, customer service was excellent. They weren’t pushy, and they were knowledgeable on our needs. The delivery they use as a 3rd party was amazing, quick and efferent and such professionals. I would highly recommend CAS, they price match throughout Canada and can negotiate deals in store

    New home

    My husband and I have recently retired and decided to downsize our lives and relocate to the suburbs. Our existing freezer is not frost free, and defrosting it was a horrible job. I am very much looking forward to never doing that again with my new freezer… Thanks!

    Great service, competitive price

    Our wall oven started to malfunction and we decided it was time to replace it. We visited CAS and were greeted immediately. A very friendly zero pressure salesman worked with us within our budget and showed us models that met our needs. He then showed us a model that was very highly rated on consumer reports that was available but much out of our price range. It turned out that it was on mega sale (close to 50% off) and was generally still in our price range. So we were able to buy a $4000 oven for $2000. I thought the salesman was pulling a fast one but as it turns out, the wall oven is indeed 4K everywhere and CAS bought a bulk buy from Samnsung and were selling them off. Then comes delivery right ? Well the delivery guys that showed up were extremely friendly, asked where I wanted everything, wore masks, were quick and informative about how to open box. I’m going to assume that once I get the oven going it will be amazing. But I feel pretty good because I also purchased an extra 4 year warranty on it knowing it had so many bells and whistles. So for the next 5 years (manufacture 1 yr + 4 from CAS) I will be covered. Thanks CAS ! I also bought my washer and dryer from there as well. Always amazing to deal with.
