    Needed all new appliances for our new house beeing built.

    Jamie Malamud who works in the new store on Trainyard Dr. in Ottawa was great. We shopped at this location for all new appliances for our kitchen and laundry room for a new house that we are building. Jamie helped us choosing what we needed and offered the best price. He was very patient and relaxed with no pressure on us to buy from him. Because he was so good, helpful with no pressure, we decided not to shop anywhere else to buy our appliances. Canadian appliances was the first store we stopped at to shop for our appliances. We purchased everything there and did not go anywhere else. Thank you Jamie.

    Amazing customer service

    Found the service to be amazing sales guy Al knew his stuff wasn’t pushy and helped make the process simple. Would definitely come back for future purchase. Will also recommend to others

    New Dishwasher

    I was fortunate enough to have Sheresh answer my phone call when searching for a new dishwasher. Sheresh is very informative, respectful and has great people skills and customer service abilities. While I was quite sure of the brands to research [Bosch or KitchenAid only], I was not sure which retailer to purchase from. Sheresh made that decision very easy---CAS was the clear choice because of Sheresh and his personality.     Disgusting customer service when there is a problem created by them.

    Ordered Thermoadore fridge and freezer columns with panels and handles. Some parts were delivered broken and the hardware to attach the panels to the units never arrived. Trying to get those parts has taken numerous emails to CUSTOMER CARE, shipment of wrong parts, me calling the parts supplier myself to rectify. Just don't shop there. Your time is worth more than the savings.

We do not have these parts readily available and did need to order them from the manufacturer. Unfortunately it can take time for the manufacturer to provide them.     Washer/Dryer

    No installation of the appliances was done initially because I was not told I needed special hoses. Even though I explained many times that I never knew about this requirement of the hoses when I purchased the washer/dryer they keep telling me my inconvenience is unfortunate and they are not able to compensate me for my time, frustration and inconvenience. I will never order anything from CAS again or recommend them as a company.

    Needed Freezer asap

    Called Canadian Appliance Source at 3pm and had freezer onsite by 730pm. Great prices and truly professional service by both Joanne in call centre and delivery team. Highly recommend this company.

    Dishwasher

    It was a pleasure to deal with stuff at CAS Barrie location. Very professional, knowledgeable, proactive, willing to help and look after customer needs. Specifically I’d like to say thanks to Scott Wray for his outstanding performance. Even though the showroom has limited selection of kitchen appliances, with Scott’s help it was easy to go over certain models specs to finalize the order. It was nice to be taken care of by friendly, honest and experienced personnel.

    Washer and dryer

    We were quite happy with our purchase of a washer and dryer. We went in just to look but the sales staff were great .and Jason gave up the best price any were I'd recommend going to see them.

    Excellent customer service by sales Dept (Ryan)

    Ryan from Sales department was very helpful and professional. Even gave me more discount and quick preparation for pickup. I am highly recommending them, fair price and extended warranty available. Good website with many brands and models. Thank you !

    Canadian Appliance Delivery & Installation Service

    I placed an order for washer & Dryer over phone and paid up full price CAD2500/- over phone - credit card that will include delivery, disposal of older washer dry set and install of the new one. I wa stold - due to liability reasons, I need to disconnect the old set. I did the same. The delivery people came at correct time, took away the old washer dryer set / and delivered the new set / but did not install. We are still awaiting Install to complete.

    Thank you for your review. Please note that the installation of the dryer was not able to be completed due to the fact that there was nowhere to attach the dryer ventilation to your wall. The delivery team advised you that you needed to purchase an extension and have it attached to your wall prior to the installation of the dryer vent. The washer installation was completed.
