Thanks to Laurent for helping me out with my purchase. Second time I bought appliances on CAA and I am very satisfied. I am expecting the delivery on time as it was when I got my dishwasher

Don;t recommend that you order online. Did not realize if you found a better price and wanted to cancel there is a 25% cancellation charge. Site says 2 to 7 day delivery not so in our case.

I recently purchased my kitchen appliances from Richard at Canadian Appliances and it was an excellent experience overall. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He walked me through all the different available models and helped me choose ones that fit my budget and space. He was also able to schedule the delivery so that it worked around my schedule. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Richard & Canadian Appliances to anyone looking to buy new appliances. Thanks Richard for all your help!

We purchased 4 LG appliances for a kitchen that we are renovating from the Stoney Creek location. We could not be more pleased with the service that we received from our sales person, Anju, he was so knowledgeable about all the products we choose and although I had decided on LG he gave us great information about other brands for comparison. I would not hesitate to recommend CAS and particularly Anjou to anyone shopping for new appliances. Forgot to mention how great the prices were!

They do not tell you BEFORE you buy that there are ZERO returns, you must pay 25% restocking charge (even though 1 hour after I purchased and told them I couldn't get the item through the door), and you have to fill out an online form for return. Who needs that kind of aggravation? Another customer was arguing because he had to return it in 48 hours unopened in box even though he wasn't moving for 5 days. With so many other stores to choose from, why would you shop here?

Miguel was absolutely fabulous on the chat line as well as the telephone and found me exactly what I wanted. He was also dealing with customers on the floor , but never hurried me.

I visited the Stoney Creek location and Alex was my sales representative. She was very knowledgeable about every appliance and I had a lot of questions about several different brands. It was a great experience shopping for an oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Store ordered wrong trim kit for microwave. They refused to take it back despite admitting that they made the mistake. Return policy is online only, and must include photos of the item. Unable to speak with any customer service rep.
