Ravi was amazing! I looked for all my appliances online and once I knew what I wanted, I called the store to order. Ravi was very helpful and completed my order within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend CAS.

After much research and narrowing it down to a Samsung stove to replace ours I found great prices on The Canadian Appliance website.( I’ve also purchased a washer and dryer from them and was happy with the service. ) Then I spoke to Dave at this store and got the stove at a better price as well as a great warranty. He easily helped me order it and set up delivery in a couple of days! Additional note: We received our stove and when we unwrapped it there was a scratch on the handle. Our sales rep was away but I sent him an e-mail and unbelievably he replied with help even though he was on vacation! They have ordered a replacement already so we are quite happy.

We are very happy with the service we received at CAS, right from the arrival to sales, to the pickup of our new dishwasher. The prices were good and we were able to purchase the one we wanted.

Purchased new washer by phone on Tuesday, and picked it up from showroom Thursday. Super easy experience! Nick from Order desk was professional and knew their products well! Definitely will buy again!

Scott in the Barrie store gave me a great deal on a 3 appliance package and was endlessly patient when I changed my mind twice on the same order. I changed out 2 appliances from my order and even though I had already paid by credit card they let me switch my order and still gave me a discount on the new items. They are very kind and CAS always has good pricing. If they don't have the appliance in stock you may have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for delivery but this is probably the same anywhere. They will take away your old appliances for a nominal fee

Great experience and very focused on getting us the best price. We dealt with Clark, he was so helpful and actually paid attention to what we wanted out of our appliances. Highly recommend going there

Ryan was excellent and understood our needs. He also gave us better pricing. We have bought several appliances from them since we do our homework and check out competition prices. No one can beat them and the service has always been excellent. Would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff not pushy and nice small store, but they will meet your needs. Nick was my sales representative great person very helpful and took his time with me and answered all my question about the refrigerator . He has great product knowledge and so I purchase the item. I would not hesitate to promote the Canadian Appliance Source as we both experienced a great service with Nick. Now looking forward to our delivery Thanks Nick job well DONE!!!!!!!
