I require some small parts for my Window City Windows for my home. My Windows are 12 years old and Chris and the Service Department at Window City is Second to None! They were extremely helpful in figuring out what parts I needed and top of that they gave me the small parts I required at no charge. This is what I truly call Great 5 Star Service!!!! Keep up the great work!

Chris, a member of WindowCity's service department, went above and beyond to assist my mom. His support was invaluable both through phone correspondence and in person at their factory location. Not only did he supply us with the necessary replacement parts, but he also patiently guided us through the entire process of how to install them. I was trying to replace a latch for a window that was installed years ago. Chris not only that came back with the answers to my questions right away, but beyond his duties by giving me the replacement part free of charge!

5 sets of patio doors were compromised, Chris from Window city went above and beyond our expectations by sending a service representative to a remote location in order to effectively assess our issue. Within several days the product had been replaced & reinstalled. Thank you to both Chris and Windowcity for such a prompt resolve.

I dealt with Chris from the service dept. He was very professional and help me in resolving my windows issue. He invited me up to the showroom in order to explain how to correct the problem. He was very tentative and answered all my questions and was very patient Very satisfied customer. John

Chris from service was very helpful. He made sure I left the store with needed knowledge to replace internal tilt latches!

I had all my home windows replaced from a Window City reseller in 2007. Now, in 2022, some of the latches that hold the Windows in place were popping off due to age. The reseller was out of business, but I saw a Window City logo on the window, and called their service department. The service department was very cooperative, and sent me the parts to get the windows fixed, at an extremely reasonable price. My windows are operational like new.

I am very grateful to Window City, and in particular Chris, for having been so responsive in mailing me replacement parts - tilt latch sets - for an old window of mine. Since there are no distributors in Ottawa, Chris went the extra mile to ship me the parts free of charge, in a pre-paid bubble wrap envelope I had provided. I mailed the envelope on a Thursday and received the parts on the Tuesday! I received the right parts and it was extremely quick. Thank-you Chris and team! Guillaume
