My wife and I had a great purchasing experience. Great value, excellent customer service as well as a store that is well stocked with many choices. We had a fantastic shopping experience.

The store is beautiful, we bought dinning beautiful chairs , the assembly was ok but we break a few chairs, We love the design, and we will buy more furniture in the future

I am buying furnitures for my new condo, I like the styles and the sales are very helpful and gave me many useful suggestions. I like the store very much.

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever encountered - from ignorant, blatant l i e s to acquire a sale to ZERO phone calls and updates regarding my items. Shoddy shipment services, sales agents with zero initiative...should I go on? If I could turn back time I sure would.

With a bigger family a new table was neccessary. The expendable Melina table is our perfect choice for the style, the size and the price. We can match this table easily with the rest of our furniture. we love it!

Purchasing new furniture for a condo. AMAZING service at Structube at Shops at Don MIlls. LOVE my new sofa - piece of cake to assemble. In fact, my brother JUST bought the same sofa for HIS place, different colour fabric.

Staff where very helpful and efficient, a pleasure shopping there. Being out of city they went out of there way to help load my vehicle for the trip back to Cold Lake.

Ordered an apartment sized easy chair. It is everything we wanted, comfortable, compact and the price was excellent. We couldn't ask for a better deal. To top it off the sales people were great and it was delivered on the day it was promised. Great job Structube.

Good variety of merchandise and helpful staff. I am very happy with my kitchen table and chairs. They are very attractive and durable and economical compared to similar items at other stores. Unfortunately, I had to pay for delivery and the furniture had to be assembled which I was not able to do. The furniture assembler recommended by the store was far too costly so you need to be able to do it yourself or know of a handy person who is willing to do the job cheaply.

Purchased dining table set, master room set, living room set. Like the modern design. Products back ordered for 4 months u fortunately so I had to wait. Overall, I would recommend the brand to others.
