I am not a lucky person that I had a Media Stand having flaws, Structube replaced one brand new for me just in one week to my home, sadly the second also has flaw, they did another replacement just like the first time. I got have to say the flaws are not a quality problem, it is because of the nature wood is very easy to broke during the delivery, especially it came from south east Asia. Only one product on top of 5 was good. 1) One bed Not the good one. 2)TV table was scratch on it and the door do not close. It hurt my kids. 3) 3 wholes were missing under the bank to install the feet. 4) scratch in the work table Instead of supporting a customer it was a big deal to have my situation solved. After it was difficult to get the deliver done ... asking me to wait another 3 weeks after 2 ones to try to get it solve. I ask to be reimburse and give them back the products I avec never Heard about them anymore. A legal action is on the way!Answer from pro:

I purchased a love seat and two office chairs on June 11. They were on backorder and I was told I would get everything by the end of June. I never received my order, and received no notification from the company. I called in the middle of July to inquire. Apparently, the sales representative told me the office chairs will be available in 3 months. I would not have ordered any of these items if I'd known it would be this delayed as I required them for an office space. When speaking to the representative they informed me that they had my loveseat the whole time but were not going to deliver it until the chairs were available. The company that delivered the loveseat left it upside down in the middle of my office. I was not there to provide instruction so I guess this is typically how sofas are delivered? There is a large rip in the fabric on the bottom of the sofa. Now I am still waiting one more month for the office chairs, and was informed that I am expected to pick up. This was not the greatest experience in purchasing furniture, and I would prefer a company that initiated communication with me when there were changes as opposed to just never delivering products that were paid for.Answer from pro:

I visited Structube's Metrotown location in Burnaby. The staff there were very polite and helpful but since then we had problems. After purchasing several pieces of furniture and paying for delivery, we were told that a mistake had been made and that the chair was actually not available, though it had been listed as in stock. It will have to arrive separately, about 3 months after the order. It's still uncertain if I will have to drive into Burnaby (a 45-60 min drive) to pick it up or pay for another delivery charge. The delivery of the rest of the furniture was was several hours late and I had to call to get updates. I was told that the reason was traffic but one would think traffic was calculated in the timeframe that customers are asked to wait. I then received a call from Structube confirming that the chair was still on order. A couple of days later I received another call and was told the same thing, where it was evident that there was poor communication happening in the store. The furniture itself seems fine, though the table's edge already is starting to look a bit worn on one side.Answer from pro:

We bought few products from the North York location. When we received delivery , we notified the team of a rip in our product. We also sent pictures to the store manager, who never responded to our complaint. We went in person and spoke to the District Manager (who by the way does not know how to talk to customers ) and were told , that things like this happen all the time and this is normal issue faced by Structube during delivery (quite shocking that you are still in business). Hence we have no desire to deal with Structube ever again and will ensure we take every opportunity to share this horrible experience with everyone we know.Answer from pro:

Downtown Toronto Structube - visited the store, was greeted by courteous staff who were knowledgeable in the furniture throughout the store. This was helpful for us as we were undecided, however the expertise of the staff and their opinions really did help us decide on the perfect set of chairs and a beautiful dining table. We will be going back to Structube for more furniture!
