My husband and I love the Zak table from Structube. It's recycle teak wood and looks gorgeous in our condo. We get so many compliments from friends and family. Best purchase so far.

I bought the dining set and the 3 seater couch first for my own house. After a few weeks I wanted to buy gifts for my sister's new house and I chose Structube since I was happy with my own products. I shopped from two different location and had my stuff both picked up and delivered to me, and everytime I was satisfied with the process.

Good service, employees were helpful, product exactly as specified. Experience was exactly as expected. I assembled the unit purchased myself and assembly instructions were clear and simple. No complaints. Thank you for a positive customer experience

I placed an order with structube on the coffee table and they called me as soon as it came it. When I went to pick it up, they offered to help me bring it to my car. Overall very friendly and organized service.

We purchased a very nice Griffith upholstered bed that we like. There were two issues. We were not informed of the delivery window until the day before. We work and could not properly arrange our work schedules because of this. My husband had to take the whole day off because he could not schedule appointments and cancel the day before. As well my husband has put a lot of furniture together but this was extra lengthy and difficult to put together. Overall we are happy with the bed but the delivery short notice was not good nor was the difficulty putting it together.

We feel the product we purchased was not the best quality - you really get what you pay for. We were also missing some screws for our side tables, but the store sent some to us right away.

My delivery was scheduled to arrive on Friday July 28th between the hours of 4-8pm. I made arrangements to make sure I would be home between those hours. at 12pm I got a call from the delivery driver asking if I was home and if he could deliver the furniture. I informed him that no I was not home but could maybe try and leave work to meet him with in the next hour. I was able to make arrangements to leave work and called the driver back and he then informed me that now he can't deliver the furniture now as he had to get to his next location. I informed that now I had to reschedule my whole day to fit his schedule and he needed to come meet me so he told me I need to be home in the next 10 minutes or I couldn't get my delivery. I made it home in time and when the delivery driver came I had to argue with him to bring everything up to my apartment as he wanted to leave it on the ground floor because he was in a hurry. This was a very stressful and unprofessional experience.

I had just bought a new place, and I work from home which meant I was furnishing for home and office. Structube had everything I needed, at a decent price without a compromise on quality. I had everything delivered and putting it altogether was a breeze. One of my desks had a scratch on it, and Structube had it replaced within days, it was so easy to arrange too. Wonderful service, great products, and I'm a very happy customer.

I purchased a bedframe from Structube and it took them almost a week before sending someone out to to verify that the bedframe holes did not match up for the screws. When I wanted to send it back and return it they wanted all original packaging back. Well after a week who would keep the boxes. Im not happy with the company.

We bought sofa and dining table for our new condo. Were so happy with quality and service They are beaytiful with reasonable price and great quality, keep the good work
