Having already had a negative experience with another company, my neighbor recommended Baldwin from Pacific to deal withour faulty furnace. I can see why they saw his service as professional, thorough, personable and reasonably priced.
Baldwin came at the time arranged, listened intently to our challenges with the furnace, and was able to determine what the trouble was after examining it. He made a temporary fix and came back the following day (Sunday!) having picked up the part to install it.
In this second visit, Baldwin and his colleague Hermann noticed there was another issue with the furnace. They pointed out the issue and explained what they thought was the best course of action to address it. They spent extra time ensuring furnace is running optimally, after a service call that had already extended past what they were expecting.
Problem has been fixed and furnace is running great.
