    Replacement of AC unit

    Our AC system stopped working on Friday,June 26th and needed a replacement. I reached out to Pacific Home Comfort Experts and in a few minutes, they responded right away and gave us clear and good options on which unit would best fit our home. They scheduled the service supposedly in a week’s time ( July 6th) . On Saturday, June 27th, we were informed that they can come in 2 days to replace the AC unit much earlier than we expected. The entire team arrived on time and the unit was replaced in a timely and organized manner. This is the second time we worked with them. The first time was when the furnace was replaced 5 years ago. We are very happy once again with the professional service of the entire Pacific Home Comfort Experts team and will strongly recommend them to family and friends.

    Gas line install to pool heater

    Did an amazing job of our gas line install. We offered to dig the trench ourselves but throughout our digging we consulted numerous times via text and each time we were answered promptly and with encouragement. When he arrived he went straight to work and had the job completed in great time. Everything looks neat and tidy and he cleaned up as he went along. He even added an extra valve we didn't ask for, which was so nice. I will for sure call this company again if needed.

    Best Service

    Baldwin responded to our broken blower and A/C unit within hours. He was clean, considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. We have a 7 month old and time was of the essence as temperatures were uncomfortably hot.

    Furnace/Ac purchase and install

    Very pleasant,punctual and hard working. Install finished early and everything seems to be working great. Thank you Baldwin and co workers job well done!! Responds to emails promptly.

    AC and Water tank replacement

    About 10 years ago I had furnace trouble on Christmas Eve. Baldwin came over, fixed it, and we had a magnet for Pacific Home on our vent. Last week, we found our water tank was leaking and our AC was having issues. We saw the magnet, gave Pacific Hone a call, and Baldwin came to our rescue again. Baldwin is extremely professional, assessing our situation, and recommending the right solutions for us. He always tries to fix the problem until it’s determined that a cost effective solution is not feasible. We ended up needing a new AC and water tank. Baldwin and his team did an amazing job over one afternoon installing both and we are extremely happy.

    New Air Conditioner unit installation

    From the moment I called for a quote Pacific Home Comfort was friendly, prompt and professional! We had our new unit installed and the guys were amazing! They made it totally seamless and easy!

    New Furnace

    We finally needed a new furnace and Baldwin and his team from Pacific Home Comfort were fast, efficient and professional. He was very thorough in reviewing all of our options and costs to help us make the best choice for our home. We would highly recommend them for their services.

    Bbq Gas Line on Balcony

    I needed 30ft of gas line run out from a basement to a balcony for a baby and Baldwin was not only extremely professional, but he was extremely honest. While other companies gave me similar quotes (though price wise Baldwin was the best price) other companies told me they needed to run a flexible pipe outside up along the wall because it’s cheaper. Baldwin did not do this. He put in a hard pipe which not only look better, but he disclosed that the price is the same and that most other companies prefer the flexible piping as it is quicker and they can finish the job quicker, despite only needing about 3 and a half hours total. Baldwin worked on my home as if he were working on his own making it both as safe, and look as good as possible. I am beyond happy with the work done and would definitely recommend Baldwin for any gas fitter jobs.

    New Air Conditioner install

    New install was fast and very clean, very impressed with the results. We looked at several options for the outside unit and Baldwin was able to accommodate my request for a slim unit. Derek did a clean job on the interior. Would recommend again.

    Gas Pipeline Replacement to Kitchen

    Baldwin was completely clear about what was needed and didn’t give us the run around or try to up sell to more work. He gave a clear price and itemized it. I understood exactly what was happening and what it would cost before the job started. I really appreciated direct approach. The job was done professionally and quickly, and they left everything as they found it. Highly recommended.
