Furnace and ac installation
The team came on time, kept disruption and noise to a minimum and updated a few small elements not part of original scope of job at no additional cost. They were polite and professional and cleaned up their worksite before they left. Their service plan is reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Furnace and Ac
Baldwin was great to interact with. I had contacted Pacific home comfort and he was very knowledgeable on the phone and fair. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help my parents replace their Ac and furnace unit quickly since their furnace stopped working and was without heat. My parents don’t know English and I wasn’t around but Baldwin was courteous and helped install a new thermostat for them. Thank you Baldwin!

Furnace installation
Our 16 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket. I phoned Pacific HVAC and managed to get next day install. Baldwin advised me about the different furnace models and settled on a model. They are honest and efficient in doing they're job. Pacific HVAC has been servicing my parent's HVAC system and reccommends them to my friends.

Water tank replacement
They were prompt and professional. Happy with the service. They were very efficient and I would recommend them.

Installation of a new furnace
Different options explained clearly; work started and finished on schedule; care was taken to minimize the mess and work site was carefully cleaned up; explanation about the function and maintenance of the unit was provided.

Furnace
Baldwin was very professional and courteous. He was thorough in his explanations of what is wrong with the furnace and provided clear information as to what should be done right away and what can wait. Our family would definitely recommend!

NEW WATER TANK
Those guys installed my furnice, the air conditioning a few years back, and last week, the new water tank. I know i can trust Pacific Home to do a very good work. They always explain well the options

Furnace not working.
Furnace was not working. Baldwin troubleshot the problem thoroughly and diagnosed the problem to fix it. Found him to be a very experienced and honest technician who would not suggest unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend him.

Air Filtration
Baldwin did an amazing job. Did everything he could to make sure the job was done smoothly and on time. Definitely would recommend him in the future.

Boiler Heater and Water Heater replacement with a combination boiler
Was the only contractor to understand and explain that precautionary steps where needed to prevent iron flakes from damaging the combination boiler, other contractors explanation was a simple pull and switch. The build took approximately 14 hrs to have the system up and running. A follow up visit, 5 days after build, was necessary for final inspection of connections, Flush of system and introduction of stabelizer into the cast iron radiator system. Very satisfied with their work.
