Very responsive from the beginning. Baldwin provided a good education on the latest equipment - benefits of different quality products and practical recommendations. Unlike another place where I pay to join ("other company"), Baldwin recommended proper sized units - confirmed this on other sites, including Lennox dealer. other company quoted bigger units than needed and they were high pressure to get me to sign at the appointment, stating I had 10 days to cancel and secure inventory in case it is gone if I delay - reminded me of time share. Pacific was the opposite, spent time educating me, quoted proper size units- Furnace, humidifier, tankless water heater, air conditioner- zero pressure - emailed quote same day. Price was significantly less than other company - other company prices are inflated due to other company rebate cards and 10yrs parts/labour - forcing you to pay for service plan up front. Probability of any problems in 10yrs is almost zero. I wasted thousands with a service plan when my furnace was 12-20 yrs old. Install was fast and efficient. Everything was installed in a day. They lay down covers for floors and stairs. I have an old electronic air cleaner I use for regular 5" filters instead of the electronic cleaner. I asked if I can keep it to both. other company was sceptical, Baldwin said absolutely and preferred the 4 or 5 inch filters over 1" filters for better air flow and longer lasting. Pacific gave good prices up front so there was no need to negotiate. other company started sky high and pretended to give a deal. If you really want 10yrs service contract, buy off Pacific and sign up for a 3rd party service contract at a later date and you will still save a lot of money vs other company, plus you will pay for the service contract monthly instead of up front - if you are ever unhappy with the service provider you can switch - with other company your are stuck for 10 yrs with their service provider. I will recommend Pacific to anyone who asks and tell them not even to bother with other quotes.

We previously used Pacific Home Comfort for our air conditioner installation and couldnt have asked for a better experience. We used them again for our boiler installation and everything went great once again. Would definitely recommend them for any repair/installation needs! they go above and beyond to help!

Great customer service and Baldwin is awesome to deal with. Gas line for the Bbq was neatly installed. Also, reasonable priced.

Baldwin and Delmyra are lovely people and Baldwin is incredible at what he does. We had mini splits installed and also fixed a botched job by another HVAC company. Baldwin gave good advice and cared about the visual aspect of the installation as well as the functionality of the installation. His team clearly cares about where mini splits and condensers are placed and they cover the lines, which our last hvac guy did not do (see uncovered lines at back of picture). The value is also very good for the level of care and quality received. I will be recommending Baldwin to everyone I meet! I have zero complaints.

Today we had our furnace replaced and what an experience. Incredible service from the get-go. They were punctual, they were professional, they explained everything and kept it clean. In fact, our basement was cleaner when they left. They installed the new furnace, replaced some stuff that we had misplaced from the previous furnace and everything works great. What an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and have recommended them to my friends.

Baldwin and team arrived on time and did a great job. They were done in about 3 hours and explained to exactly what they were doing and why. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend them. I've used them in the past and they are my go-to for HVAC work.
