    New Furnace & ERV

    Baldwin and his team are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They did a very good job in replacing my furnace and install the ERV unit. Baldwin is very patient and he took times to answer all my questions. It has been a very good experience and I highly recommend Pacific Home Comfort Experts for any HVAC needs.

    Furnace replacement

    Baldwin has excellent customer service and work ethic. He is always willing to answer questions and provide tips. Would recommend highly for any HVAC needs.

    Install Ducts and Vents
    Pacific Home Comfort Experts exceeded expectations! As first time homeowners, we had many questions. The team was amazing in answering all of them, and explaining the ins and outs of the job to be done. This made us very comfortable. They made sure to include us in any aesthetic decisions. They were prompt and finished our job a day early! The level of quality work and level of customer service is very high and I thank them very much for the time and effort they put into our home. I highly recommend them!!

    Cool, satisfied customers

    We got excellent service from Baldwin and his crew at Pacific Home Comfort - replacing an old AC unit - unlike other companies I contacted he thought about the overall operation of our HVAC system and its air flow - not just slapping on a new cooling unit. The work was also very clean and thorough.

    New Airconditioning unit/system installed.

    Very happy, very pleased with the professionalism, knowledgeable, friendly crew. Great, excellent customer service. Of course were pleased with the unit installed, catered to our budget and size of the house, now working nicely and comfortably.

    AC Replacement

    Baldwin and his team just finished a HVAC install at my parent's house. I called them on a Monday, came out Tuesday to inspect and out on Friday to perform a removal and new install. This was much appreciated as both my parents are over 90. They were prompt, courteous, meticulous and tidy. Everything was perfect. This is the second install they have done for me and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Thank you Baldwin and team.

    New ductless AC unit

    I meant to post this review much earlier but never got around to it. Baldwin and his team came to install a ductless AC unit in our townhouse back in August 2020. We contacted a few companies and Pacific Home Comfort came in the middle, but Baldwin's clear communication, responsiveness, and friendliness gave us confidence that we would be taken care of in a reasonable time frame, on budget, and with a service/unit that matches our needs. The entire crew was friendly despite working in an exceedingly hot attic, cleaned up the space well, and the workmanship was excellent too. Highly recommended!

    Installation of new AC and Furnace

    The Pacific Home Comfort team has always been responsive, professional and knowledgeable. For 11 years Baldwin has managed to keep my old AC and furnace up and running by working his magic. This year the AC quit and I knew I had to replace the 20+ year old AC and furnace. The Pacific Home Comfort team under Derrick's direction came out this week for install of both units. The team was efficient and thorough. Details of the job were explained to me as well as how to maintain the new units. The install exceeded my expectations which says a lot as I have always been happy with the service and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Home Comfort Delmyra and Baldwin and their team have kept our equipment up and running for many years and have been quite responsive in an emergency. Thank you so much!

    AC unit replacement

    We are very happy with the replacement of our AC unit! Baldwin and Derek were very nice and knowledgeable about the AC unit and what needed to be replaced. They also took the time to place drop cloths down in our home and kept the job site clean. The work they did with the coil in the furnace was clean and professionally done. They even replaced our thermostat for us as well and showed us how the new digital one worked. They also made sure the AC and furnace were in working order before leaving. I would very much recommend Pacific Home Comort to anyone looking to replace an AC or furnace!

    New Air Conditioner

    We have nothing but good things to say about Pacific Home Comfort. They were prompt, helpful, and courteous when we reached out to enquire about installing a new Air Conditioner. The quote we received from Pacific Home Comfort was competitive and the workmanship on the day was excellent. The people who arrived to install our new Air Conditioner were very efficient and really went above and beyond in order to get our new system set up.
