    Flawless New Furnace Installation

    Thanks to Pacific Home Comfort Experts, I have a perfectly sized, brand new furnace, just in time for the onset of winter. The installation crew arrived right on schedule, They took the necessary steps to protect my carpet and hardwood stairs leading to the basement before removing the old furnace and moving the new one downstairs. The installation went without a hitch. The crew boss explained what was done and provided guidance on filters and maintenance in general. My furnace room was left in good condition. So far, the new furnace is working well. This is the third time that I have contracted the services of Pacific Home Comfort for my HVAC needs. The staff, including the front office and installation team were polite and professional as they have always been in the past. Each time that I have dealt with them, everything that was promised was delivered exactly as discussed. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Baldwin, Ron and Delmyra for a job well done.

    Gas stove service new line

    Very courteous and prompt. Clean workmanship and checked installation of gas lines properly. Very helpful and patiently answering all questions. Would recommend highly. Thanks Baldwin and associate Steve and Bessie

    Air Conditioner

    The phone support and turn-around time was terrific. Pacific Home Comfort secured inventory for an air conditioner during a busy heat-wave, and installed within my timelines. The installation went smoothly. Very courteous and informative. They left no mess, taught me new tips about my existing heating / cooling system, and, as a bonus, replaced a broken thermometre. Thank you, from a happy customer.

    Condo furnace replacement

    I wanted to replace my furnace + air conditioner for awhile. The unit is mounted (11ft ceilings) and in an enclosure, so I knew it would be a tough job. Baldwin came to take a look, and I got a quote the same night. Everything was done quickly and professionally, with Baldwin and Delmyra politely answering any questions I had. Fantastic job

    Air conditioner repair/ new motor installed

    Baldwin assessed the issue with the air conditioner and explained that it needed a new motor. He went out of his way to check that the motor had originally been registered and was under warranty. When Baldwin installed the new motor, he found other electrical issues that had to be fixed. He showed professionalism and extreme care and fixed the electrical issues. I am so impressed with Pacific Home Comfort and would highly recommend this company. Baldwin is so reliable, trustworthy and truly cares about his customers!     Pool Heater

    After being quoted $4700.00 to fix pool heater by another company, they fixed my pool heater for $282.00. Excellent service, timely and competent and now I can swim in a warm pool. Thank you.

    Quality 5 Star Service!

    I recently needed to purchase a new air conditioner unit for my parents after their last one died. I was referred to Pacific Home Comfort through my fiancé and it was honestly the easiest and satisfying customer experience. They came to survey my parents existing AC unit to provide an assessment and provided our options on what it would take to fix the old unit or install a new unit. They emailed me a detailed document with all the product options and price points for renting , financing or to own. Once I made my decision they came back 2 days later and did a great job installing the AC unit and tested it before they left. It was a seamless experience from the the front-office customer service to the service experts who showed up to install. I highly recommend Pacific Home Comfort to anyone looking for quality service and home comfort products!

    Air conditioning

    Needed my AC replaced in 35 degree weather (urgency was key as I have a newborn) I couldn't be happier with the team at Pacific Home comfort. Delmyra understood the urgency and was a pleasure to deal with. Baldwin and team was professional and treated my home with care and even made recommendations for future equipment. Look forward to dealing with again in the near future!
