    Kitchen Renovation

    Our experience with The Home Improvement People was great from start to finish. We originally reached out to them to get an estimate on having our kitchen renovated and right from the start, Phillip offered some good suggestions and flexibility on how we might be able to work with them. That turned out to be one of the key pieces of the renovation process. He was also transparent and accurate about how much the whole kitchen renovation would cost. Once we decided to work with HIP, Haydee, Elia and his team of John and Kevin were very proactive and professional throughout the whole renovation process. They also made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Another reason that we chose HIP was that there were certain things that we felt we just couldn't compromise on and one of them was having a safe and structurally sound kitchen, which is something that we now have. Thank you for a great renovation experience!

    Quick turnaround, great results

    Jerry from Home Improvement people came and gave us a quote the same week we reached out, and started working the following week. He explained everything and did a very efficient job. We are happy with the results!

    Bathroom renovation

    Jerry was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in Jerry and the HIP team to renovate our bathroom. We've never had such a pleasurable renovation before and appreciate all that was done for us.

    Great renovation experience

    HIP completely renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms, with fantastic results. It was a pleasure to work with Gerhard and Charlotte. The entire job took about seven weeks. Slav and Rafael were amazing; at the end of every day we could see so much progress! I would not hesitate to work with this company again, and I would definitely recommend them.

    Renovate kitchen, three bathrooms, painting

    We worked with HIP almost all of 2023 on two separate projects. We found the company to be an outlier in comparison to other renovation companies. The design team was invaluable, the work was of a high quality and there were minimal delays. A huge positive was HIP's attention to deficiencies, which will always occur in a renovation, no matter what. At all times they attended to them without any issues and in a timely manner. That was key for us.

    Bathroom Reno

    Nikolai and his brother did an amazing complete renovation to my master bathroom in less than two weeks. His attention to detail and solid recommendations resulted in an almost perfect outcome. We had a small issue with the shower fixture (leaking cartridge) a few months later and he came and replaced it almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this company for your renovation and especially Nikolai!

    Bathroom reno

    Happy to have found HIP to do my bathrooms! Did my kitchen, basement renos and all were a nightmare! Answered prayer Id say because Slava, Rafael were just amazing! The whole project were done with professionalism and care. Most importantly, they were pleasant to deal with. Im glad to have found them! I just wished I knew them sooner! Oh and Gerhard was great as well! Thank you guys!!!

    Master Bathroom Renovation

    I typically do not write reviews for either good or bad product or services. This however is an exception. I hired Jerry back in July of 2023 to renovate a reasonable large master bathroom. His workmanship and professionalism were top notch. The work was completed on time, on budget with exceptional quality and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire Jerry and the Home Improvement People for my next renovation.

    Complete main floor reno

    We are very happy that we chose THIP for our house reno. The reno included complete demo of our main floor bungalow, including removal of structural walls, then new framing for insulation, new bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, and flooring. From starting with the quote to finishing every last detail of the job, the team of Elia, Satar, and Charlotte was great to work with. They were always prompt to respond to all of my questions or concerns, even on weekends. Satar was responsible for onsite construction and he and his team worked hard. Satar had great attention for all the details. Charlotte designed our kitchen and bathrooms and made sure that the they were installed exactly as we were expecting. I am a pretty tough customer and the THIP team exceeded my expectations, including finishing ahead of the timeline that they originally quoted. And they stand by their work. After the electrical work was done, we had an issue with one of the outlets. The electrician came by the next day and corrected it. I have already recommended THIP to friends and family. Thanks THIP team for such a positive reno experience. I am now thinking about what other jobs I might have for the team.
